Third person p.o.v.
Arabella and Klaus walked up to the small, quaint house in the rural area they were in. He had insisted she come with him, as they're been a "couple" whenever talking to others. His arm was encircled around her waist as they walked up in front of the house, where a blonde woman stood with a bag.

"Rudy?" The woman asked, whistling. "Rudy! Come on. It's too hot to make me come looking for you." The woman turned to see Klaus and Arabella right in front of them. She gasps, scared.

Klaus laughs lightly. "I'm so sorry. I didn't mean to scare you." Klaus says with a fake American accent that made Arabella want to laugh out loud.

"Can I help you both?" The blonde says, eyeing the two.

"Yeah, our, uh, our car ran out of gas a couple miles back. Feels like we've been walking forever. You're is the first house we'd come to, so we were just hoping we could use your phone." Klaus says to the woman, who is not buying their story.

"Don't you have a cell phone?" The woman replies back with a small laugh.

"Yeah, battery died." Arabella says, taking out a turned off phone. She put her arms around his neck, to which she felt him tense at making her smirk. "I told him to charge it but they never listen, do they?"

"Look, I promise we're not serial killers. We just want to use your phone." Klaus says, testing the woman who sighs.

"Sure." She said. She then turned around towards the house until Klaus spoke again.

"So... I can come in?"

"No." The girl said making Arabella laugh a little as Klaus stopped in his tracks. "I'll get the phone and I'll bring it out to you guys."

When Klaus spoke, he returned to his normal British accent, with no humor at all. "I thought you country folk were supposed to be more trusting." Arabella instinctively reached her hand to his, rubbing small circles and patterns in it to calm his nerves. It helped, he visibly relaxed, but the murderous glaze was still across his face.

"I'm from Florida." The girl sassed back, with a hand in her hip.

"Well, that explains it." Arabella releases her hold on Klaus as she knew he would go to the woman anyway.

As if on que, Klaus speeds the woman into a chokehold as he compelled her. "Now show me a little southern hospitality... sweat pea."

Arabella rolled her eyes as the girl invited them in. Klaus grabbed the blonde in a tight grip as he pulled her into the house. As they walked in, they could hear another woman speak.

"I bet you a hundred dollars that dog ran off to a house with air conditioning." The new brunette woman turned around to see the two of them and the other girl, who was shaking in fear.

"What's going on?" The brunette asks, alarmed by how distressed her friend looks.

"Please don't be alarmed." Klaus says, obviously scaring the girls.

Arabella rolls her eyes as she responds instead. "We're told Ray Sutton lives here?"

"He's almost never here." The woman says, moving a little as if to run. "He's on the road mostly."
