A/N: Skipping 3.12 because I don't see Arabella in that episode too much.

Third person p.o.v.
Sunlight shone through the open window inside Arabella's room. She snuggled her face further into her pillow, feeling Bucky jump onto her bed at the end.

What she didn't know was that Klaus sat on her bed, looking her back over for any unhealed injuries. He smiled, moving hair away from her angelic but devilish face. Her eyes fluttered open at his touch. The two held eye contact with no words being said.

Arabella couldn't take the long silence. "Why are you here?"

Klaus frowned. "I wanted to make sure you were safe. Stefan informed me yesterday that you've hardly left this room."

The girl groaned, hiding her face inside her pillow. "I don't have a reason to leave this room. Stefan's being Stefan. Everyone else is worried for their own love lives. It's too much for me and it's not my business so..."

"That results to you staying inside your bedroom?" Klaus finished for her with a smile.

Arabella simply just nodded, making Klaus laugh. It was incredibly rare for Klaus to be his genuine self around people. He shared his real smile for a very small list of people, Arabella being at the top.

"Well, it won't do you any good if you're attending a dinner party at my newly finished house." Klaus informed.

Arabella chuckled. "The last time I attended a dinner party, Elijah was daggered in front of me."

Klaus smirked. "And this time, he'll be un-daggered in front of you."

Arabella immediately shot us from her cushion. She looked at Klaus with a shocked expression. "Wh-what?"

Klaus nods. "You'll find him completely unharmed tonight, if you'll come."

Arabella couldn't help but smile widely. "Thank you. But why did you wake him?"

"I actually didn't. I assume one of your brothers was guilty of that."

Arabella fell deep in thought. If her brothers were desperate enough to wake up Elijah, then they must have a plan tonight. Otherwise, that'd mean that they're were distracting him. Either way, neither was good for anyone.

Arabella leaped off her bed, awaking Bucky. He looked up at her with his big eyes, making her smile as she scratched behind his ear.

"If anything happens tonight, you know who I'll defend." Arabella points out.

Klaus nods. "Though I may not like it, I support your decision to stand by your brothers. I only hope mine will stand be me."

"Well, you did dagger him."

"Let bygones be bygones."

Arabella rolled her eyes as she walked over to Klaus. She grabbed his hand and led him to the back corner of the room. Klaus got confused, but nodded in understanding once Arabella put a finger to her lips.

"Stefan!" Arabella calls, stepping away from the corner.

A few moments later, Stefan opens her door and leans on the doorway, not noticing Klaus's hidden figure. "What is it?"
