Chapter nine: Lightsabers X Jedi

THIRD PERSON'S POV

"3" Glynda said making (Y/N) bend his knees ready to rush into the fight.

"2" Pyrrha's grip on the borrowed lightsaber tightened, she was excited to see what the Jedi could do with the force and his saber.

"1" Yang smashed her Ember Celica together making her long blonde hair fly back, her eyes showed focus and determination as she got into a boxing stance.

"BEGIN!" Glynda yelled suddenly the three students rushed towards each other, Yang blasted her shotgun gauntlets propelling herself towards (Y/N) intent on proving to him how strong she was. Pyrrha attack a little after Yang but Ruby stayed back waiting for an opening.

(Y/N) watched the two girls as he rushed towards them, he saw Yang flying towards him and Pyrrha standing back until she launches her attack. Ruby watched the two engaged him as she planned her move to attack.

Pyrrha had fought (Y/N) before and knew not to underestimate him, especially now that he had permission to not only use his most deadly weapon but also the power of the force, she watched as Yang threw herself at him hoping to land a good hit.

Yang was almost at (Y/N) and had a confidant smile on her face as she pulled back her fist and got ready to punch him, however he looks at her and jumps away making her miss her mark. While Y/n dodged Yang's attack Pyrrha came up a delivered an attack of her own which Y/n blocked at the last second.

"Nice very nice...you two working together to take me on...not bad at all." Y/n said as he knew this was a challenge.

Just then Ruby rushed in and swung her saber at Y/n whiched caused y/n to jump back and go on the defensive as Ruby rushed towards him. He had to admit this was gonna be fun.

"We can't just rush in Yang we've got to work together to beat him!" Pyrrha said as she kept her eye on (Y/N) looking at his activated saber with worry.

"Yeah, yeah, yeah let's do this!" Yang said as she was about to attack until Ruby got an idea.

The three girls rushed at y/n, but they split off Yang to the right and Pyrrha to the left while Ruby was facing him.

"Well now this is a new...wasn't expecting this." Y/n said as he looked at the formation the girls had made.

The girls had y/n in a delta formation as they attacked from all three sides at once

Yang got Y/n first and swung her fist at him but he moved aside and kicked her legs out from under her, Yang faceplanted into the dirt and (Y/N) swung his lightsaber at Pyrrha their blades locking together making a hissing noise before he blasted her away with a force push sending her flying while his blade connected with Ruby's as she pressed the attack also adding her speed to her attacks.

"That style she's using Ataru!" Y/n thought to himself as he amazed on how well she was using the forth lightsaber form as he was blocking her attacks. While he was distracted with her Yang got up and came from the side and landed a punch on y/n as he went skidding back and Pyrrha adding an attack of her own as y/n was on the defensive.

"We got him!" Yang said excited as she rushed towards him.

"Wait! Yang." Ruby yelled out but it was too late.

Yang thrown back her arm and was about to deliver another blow but she was suddenly stopped and held up in the air unable to move her body.

"Hey let me go." She grunted to break free.

Y/n had his hand stretched out as he lifted Yang up into the air putting her in a force stasis. (A/N: Force Stasis was an ability of the force to forcibly restrain and immobilize people or to halt objects headed in a force-users direction, such as blaster bolts.)

Y/n pulled back his hands and unleashed a force push that blasted Yang into the forest making her smash through some of the trees, one down two to go he thought to himself.
