3rd person Pov
With the fall of beacon and the death of Ozpin people were taking it hard but not as hard as Y/n and Blake. Y/n felt he was in dread as he failed to protect Beacon just like he failed to protect the Jedi temple. He felt like he had nothing left and started to doubt himself wondering if he should continue to be a Jedi at all.
"Its gone my second home is gone.... damn it how could I let this happen?" Y/n said to himself as he punched the wall of his room on bard the ship that was taken Y/n and Blake back to her home.
"you shouldn't be too hard on yourself y/n never doubt yourself." Revan said as he appeared in front of him.
"Perhaps you are right but all those lives I could have saved." Y/n said
"They made their own decision to stay and fight just like your master remember?" Revan asked as Y/n remember what his master said to him all those years ago.
*flashback* "Remember thinking about what you can't control only waste time and creates it's own enemy." *end flashback*
"Yes, I do remember them." Y/n replied but he was also worried about his student Blake. How did she feel about the fall of Beacon? Several questions went through y/n mind as he tried to focus clear his mind and plot his next course of action.
With Blake it wasn't easy for her either. She blames herself feeling guilt and remorse believing that it was her fault that Adam was the one leading the assault and was to afraid to face him which led to Yang's injury. On top of that she almost fell to the darkside thanks to the Sith's taunts. Both them had their own demons to deal with but they were sure they can beat them together.
Meanwhile in the Star Wars (a/n: You didn't think I was gonna do that didn't you?) The crew of the ghost were investigating Imperial activity at the ruins of the Jedi temple on Lothal.
"This is no military operation what are they searching for?" Sabine asked.
"Let me have a look." Ezra said as took the binoculars and looked through it.
"Wait the door there both gone it looks like one of them has been cut right off the surface." Ezra said.
"Is this really the temple? It looks like solid rock." Sabine said
"Were in the right place it must have sealed itself off." Ezra said
"Any idea what the empire wants?" Hera asked
"No." Ezra said
"Well they covered a lot more artwork maybe I can figure it out if I get a closer look." Sabine said.
"Agreed, you and Ezra go we'll keep watch from up here." Hera said.
"Look." Zeb said as the group up to see to scout troopers on speeder bikes riding up to the surface from the digging sight.
"You're gonna need a disguise." Zeb said with a smirk on his face.
As the scout troopers were riding they stopped when they saw a hologram of Grand Admiral Thrawn
"Identify yourself." Said one of the troopers as the both of them got off their bikes and pointed there weapons at the hologram distracting them long enough for Zeb to knock the both of them out and remove them of their armor as Ezra and Sabine put on the troopers helmets and got on the speeder bikes and rode bake to the dig site. Once there they "parked" their speeders with the others as they started to walk around the site.
"Well they're on to something." Sabine said as they stop and examine a stone that some writing on it.
"There's a language not much in words but pictures." Sabine said.
"I saw paintings like these inside the temple." Ezra said as they examined the paintings more until they were almost caught by the head of the digging site.
"Troopers get away from there at once." The man said as he walked over.
"I've said it before none of you are to touch the artifacts the tiniest blemish could erase evidence which is critical to understanding the gateway." The man said.
"Yes, sir sorry sir." Ezra said as a dark trooper told the Minister that Coruscant was calling him. After the Minister left the dark trooper commander asked the two for their numbers and clearance in which Ezra just mind trick the trooper as they walked passed him. (a/n: Got to love the force mind trick the due ex Machina of Star Wars) Once in a safe spot Sabine asked chopper to reroute the incoming Imperial transmission.
"We have recently made some remarkable discoveries my emperor." Minister Hydan said
"We must discover the secrets of the temple for even now our enemies move against us." The emperor said.
"We reached the roots of the temple and found some fascinating work the symbols and iconography are reminiscent of a report I discovered in the Jedi archives." Minister Hydan said.
"The Mortis god." The emperor said.
"Yes, they are key to unlock the temple I'm sure of it." Minister Hydan said,
"There has been a great disturbance in the force the death of Kanan Jarrus has altered the fate of Lothal... how I can't say." The emperor said.
"Perhaps access to the temple will provide some clarity my lord." Minister Hydan s said
"We must seize the power within conduit between living and the dead." The emperor said.
Sabine and Ezra were shocked on what they heard as Sabine asked Hera if she heard that and ask what shall they do?
"I don't like it. With the Emperor involved it's to dangerous we should fall back." Hera said.
"No because of the Emperor we have to get involved we can't let him enter the temple." Ezra said.
"And they cracked the code it's only a matter of time." Sabine added.
Hera gave them the order to go ahead with the mission. As the both of them made it to the wall of them temple with the pictures of the Mortis gods when they discovered, and Sabine was captured but Ezra made it into the portal as two stormtroopers tried to follow but ran smack into the wall. (a/n: Looney toon style) just as another portal opens up on Remnant, in the engineering deck of the boat to Menagerie creating a tremor in the force however this portal had dragons flying around it. (a/n: just like this but with dragons)
