The door opened in seconds as a black man answered the door his eyes darted between the three hunters trying to figure out why they were here.

"Who are you?" He asked nervous which Danny could completely understand why when the man was running from hell, that's enough to make anyone nervous.

"George Darrow?" Dean questioned causing the man to panic slightly eyes widening as he moved to slam the door only to be stopped by the eldest hunter. "Woah woah look like you went for the wrong shaker there usually when you want to keep something out you go for the salt." The man stared at him with calculating eyes trying to figure out who the people at his door were.

"I don't know what your talking about." George spoke quietly as Danny turned to glanced from side to side before a sigh escaped his lips.

"Look Mr Darrow we know about the deal you made," The shorter hunter spoke quietly keeping eye contact with the man in question trying to convince him. "We want to help you that's all please." He begged as the mans gaze faltered staring down at the man in front of as the man reluctantly opened the door for the hunters to come in, which the group gratefully did. The apartment was filled with different art pieces that hung on walls and selves or simply leant against the walls. Danny glanced around at the different creations admiring the work, as long as he remembered he'd loved art at one point he even thought of leaving the life of hunting and running off to some kind of art school.

"So what is that stuff outside?" Sam asked George as the man poured himself a drink, he only glanced over his shoulder at the youngest Winchester.

"Goofa dust." The group of hunters stared confused causing the man to let out a sigh at their expressions.

"You boys think you know something about something but not Goofa dust." The man asked causing the shorter hunter to become even more confused as his head tilted to the side slightly without him even realising. George reached out onto the table next to him grabbing a bag of goofa dust and chucking it to Dean who caught it with ease.

"Well we know a little about a lot of things just enough to make us dangerous." Dean told him while opening the bag to look inside at the powder.

"Its hoodoo my grandma taught me keeps out demons." George told them before the eldest Winchester let out a chuckle.

"Demons we know." The hunter announced with a chuckle causing the man to let them keep it, it was Sam's turn to speak up out of the group.

"Mr Darrow we know your in trouble."

"Which you got yourself into." Dean spoke quietly with a chuckle, but was quickly cut off when Danny turned to him with a sharp glare causing the other hunter to swallow dryly.

"But its not hopeless we can help." Sam continued now that Dean had been silenced.

"Look boys," Mr Darrow began as he flopped down onto the green sofa that spat out dust under the sudden contact. "Sometimes someone makes there bed and they've just got to lie in it I'm the one that summoned that demon in the first place."

"Why did you do it?" Danny asked softly directing all the attention towards the hunter, Mr Darrow took some time to look over the man in contrast to the other two there was something about him that wasn't like the others.

"I was weak I mean who doesn't want to be great?" The man told the hunters taking a sip of his whiskey before he continued. "Who doesn't want there life to mean something? I just never thought about the price I asked for talent should have asked for fame , I'm still broke and lonely just now I've got a load of paintings no one wants but that's not it." The hunters listened intently to the man as he spoke, the shorter hunter gesturing for him to continue once he stopped.

"The damn demon didn't leave stayed at Lloyd's for a week just chatting making deals I tried to warn people but who's going to listen to old drunk?" Mr Darrow asked sarcastically slightly shaken up by what he had caused and Danny felt sorry for him, he seemed to blame himself for what was happening.

"How many others are there?" Sam asked, the hunters knew that while Mr Darrow didn't want to be saved there could be others who would. The man they were questioning went through the list of those they had already known about such as the architect and the doctor. However, when he told the group about a man named Evan Hudson who apparently made a deal with the demon. Danny reached out grabbing the oldest Winchester's forearm causing the man to turn his attention towards the shorter man as he leaned forward to speak quietly with him.

"I'm gonna go find out what I can on the guy meet you down at the impala when your finished here." Danny told the Winchester quietly who nodded before the other left the room quickly with Dean giving the man one last fleeting glance before they left. The shorter hunter made his way to the car quickly jumping into the back as he took out Sam's laptop knowing the other wouldn't mind as he began to try and find the guy. When the Winchesters finally came back out, the other hunter was on the phone with someone who could possibly known the man they were looking for.

"Yes and your sure that is Mr Hudson's address?" Danny asked the woman on the other of the phone as he stared down at the address written on a scrap piece of paper, the woman on the other end quickly confirmed his question. "Okay thank you for your time Miss you've been a great help to me and my company." The hunter trailed off as he ended the call turning to the Winchester brothers with a smile as he pressed the piece of paper into Dean's open hand who scanned it over.

"Good work Danny." Dean praised as he started the car driving off to try and reach the man in time before the hell hounds got to him first.
