"You're going to kill Beverly Tanner." The nurse questioned in complete disbelief at what she was hearing, no matter how much they had tried to convince her that it was for the best or that Mrs Tanner wasn't herself anymore she didn't believe it. Sam didn't seem to be sure of taking a woman's life who couldn't control herself all because of some demon.

"Doctor is there any cure or treatment for this." Sam asked hoping there was some way for us to try and save her, but the doctor just started trying to find the right words.

"I don't even know what it is." Dr Lee cried out, inside she felt helpless not being able to do what she does best.

The lieutenant kept an eye on the door as he spoke looking for any kind of movement. "I told you it's only a matter of time before she breaks out of there." He told the group again, making the nurse look on in horror as he raised his rifle towards the door that held the infected woman.

"Just leave her in there you can't shoot her like some animal." The nurse cried out not believing what was about to happen, Dean looked around at everyone thinking over what she said but in the end decided to ignore her plea.

"Sam, Danny." Dean called out, the hunters followed after him to the door where Beverly was being held. The nurse and doctor stayed behind unsure of what to do in this circumstance, everyone had their guns at the ready just in case she attacked as Sam opened the door. Beverly was huddled in the corner of the room crying as she stared in mock shock.

"Mark what are you doing?" Beverly asked, staring at the man in shock trying to convince him that he wasn't infected. "It's them, they locked me in here, they tried to kill me, they're infected, not me." The hunters could see that Mark was starting to break and was becoming convinced that she wasn't infected. "Please Mark you've known me all your life, please." Dean was starting to become unsure of himself as well, however it changed when he glanced back at Danny, eyes fixed on the fresh bandage before stepping forward and firing off three rounds. Danny turned away from the room shutting his eyes, the only indication that Beverly Tanner died was the sudden stopping of tears and the shots going off.

Night fell quickly plunging the town into darkness, everyone in the hospital was thankful that the townspeople haven't tried to break in even though they were preparing for the worst. The hunters were going through the weapons in the reception as Mark kept a lookout, the four were pulled out everything when glass shattered in the other room. The brothers turned to look at Danny who gave a nod telling them to go ahead, the shorter hunter had been quiet since Dean returned. He was unsure if they were going to get out of here or not, if they weren't would it be so bad. The sound of banging on the glass made the shorter hunter jump as he grabbed a rifle pointing at the boy who was banging on the door who looked startled.

"Please help me I'm not one of them!" The teen yelled to him, however the hunter wasn't budging. The rest of the guys came into the room as Mark ran to the door shouting to the hunters.

"It's Duane Tanner." Even though Danny knew who the teen was he didn't lower his gun still keeping it trained on the boy as he was let into the hospital. Duane was frozen on the spot as he kept his eyes on the rifle, Mark turned to look at the situation before turning to Dean with a grimace. "Can you tell him to put the gun down?"

"Sorry but he doesn't take orders." Dean told the lieutenant sharply before turning to Dr Lee. "Hey doc give him a good once over, Danny keep him in your sight make sure he doesn't attack anyone and if he does you know what to do." The hunter in question nodded in his direction before following the doctor and Duane into the other room temporarily putting the rifle down but still keeping his finger on the trigger ready to shoot at any given moment. The teen started asking questions, but no one was in a talking mood already on edge, the situation only seemed to get worse when a cut was discovered on his leg.
