16. Next Time I'll Kiss Him

I quickly opened the doors as Hayden and Stiles dragged an injured Liam inside, there was a lot of people running inside trying to get away from whatever that was outside. We quickly went inside a classroom and cleared out the teachers desk so we can lay Liam down, "Oh god..." I said under my breath.

I started pacing around the room, Liam was hurt and it didn't seem like he was healing. Everything was muffled, I couldn't hear a thing. Was I having a panic attack? When I turned around, I saw Hayden kiss Liam. She was taking away his pain. They pulled away and Liam laid back down, "Next time I'll kiss him," Stiles says. I rolled my eyes but sighed in relief, "Liam, you can't just do things like that! I thought I was gonna have a panic attack again," I said.

Once Liam was healed up, him and I went out to find the Beast. Well, I was trying to look for Scott. Liam was trying to find the Beast, and we found both in the library. The Beast was about to attack Scott, but that's when Liam and I stepped in. Liam jumped and hit the Beast in its face, while I kicked the Beast's back. Then we heard shots, we ended up on the ground ducking from Braeden's bullets, then the Beast just ran through the window.

Malia and Liam helped Scott stand up and we all walked over to Braeden, "You didn't seriously think you were gonna have a chance against that thing, did you?" she asks Scott. "No," Scott answered, "But I got its scent," Scott says.

Next thing we know Scott starts to run out to try and catch the Beast. Liam and I chase after Scott, "Scott, hold on!" I call after him. "Scott, wait. You're hurt," Liam tells him, Scott busts the door open. "You gotta slow down," Liam and I say, Scott just keeps on going. So, we follow right behind him. We follow him out into the parking lot and he stops at a black car, he opens the trunk of the car and a pair of shoes we're there. Scott picks one of them up and looks at the sole, my eyes widen. I pick up the other shoe and there was blood all over the sole.

"Oh god," I sigh, Scott quickly closes the trunk. We look up and we see Mason standing there, "Scott? What are you doing to my car?" Mason asked. "No wonder it looked familiar..." I trailed off, "It's you," Scott says, "What?" Mason asks confused. "Liam, Lin... what is he talking about?" he asks looking over at my brother and I, Liam looks down debating wether or not he should tell him.

"Lin? What..." I sigh, then Corey pops out of nowhere and grabs Mason by the shoulders. "Corey, wait!" Scott yells, then Corey and Mason turn invisible. Scott runs to where Corey and Mason stood but stumbled over, we all looked around trying to figure out where they could've gone. "Shit. Mason! Corey!" I call out to them, but nothing.
