*December 2014*

Months had passed by, in a few days it would be Christmas. I hadn't seen Justin since our break-up in July, nor did I hear him nor did I speak to him. When I came home a month earlier then I was expected everyone was kinda shocked, most of all, my family and Brooke. After a few weeks also the rest of the world started to figure out that Jalice was over. I received tons of phonecalls of newsshows, interviewers,... I didn't reply to a single one of them. The only phonecalls I did reply were one from Pattie and one from Fredo.

A few weeks after I came home I was watching tv with my sister and Justin came on:

We're back with this talented young man ladies and gentlemen, give a warm welcome to Justin Bieber!

The audience went wild

"So Justin, how are you?"
"I'm fine, thanks"
"Is there any new music to be released soon?"
"I'm kind of on a break right now, but I'm still writing ofcourse. When the time is right I will let you all now", he smiled.
"We're not going to talk about your break-up with Alice Adams, but are you in a good place right now?", the interviewer asked carefully as if he was scared Justin would get mad.
"Yeah, I am", Justin smiled again.
"So you will give new girls a chance?"
"Ofcourse. I mean, I am young men... To all the ladies who see this: I'm single and ready to mingle", Justin winked.

Auwtch, I thought, what happened to "I will fight for you"? I had seen enough.

"Can we please watch something else?", I asked. I tried holding back the tears.

"Ofcourse sweetie. But why don't you just call him Alice? You obviously miss him", my sister Lilly took my hand.

I missed him, big time, but clearly he didn't...

"No", I shook my head. Also trying to shake the tears out of my eyes.

"Why not?"

"Because, Lilly, he obviously doesn't miss me.", I said pointing at the tv.

"Come on, you know how boys are. They act stupid, they say stupid things... He clearly wants to make you jealous"

At first, I really tried to believe he did want to make me jealous. But after a few weeks things got bad. There were pictures of Justin with girls everywhere. Every few days there was a new one. The girls Justin hang out with were like the mean and fake ones: nice butt, big boobs, skinny, tall, tons of make-up,...
The kind of girl he told me he didn't like. People change. These new "girlfriends" weren't the worst. Justin was constantly in the news: then he was drunk, the day after he was speeding on the highway, then he was disrespectful, doing drugs,.... He wasn't being the guy I know he was, I didn't recognize him. This Justin wasn't my Justin.
He isn't yours anymore, I thought.

It was December.
I hadn't spoken to Justin in 5 months.
My heart was still broken.
I missed him.
Really hard.
