Part 34

Fab5 were at the hospital with Nandini. Nandini observed Manik's wounds.

        Nandini : "You advise me about safety, then why have you left your wounds untreated still?"

        Cabir : "We have been telling him, but he has been postponing. It looks like he has begun to consider himself as a real superhero from yesterday, that's why he is waiting for it to heal magically."

        Manik : "I have no such illusion. If I was really a superhero, I would have saved her from getting into this situation in the first place."

        A nurse came in to check Nandini's vitals.

        Nandini : "You have another patient here. Can you please treat his wounds?"

        Nurse : "I went to treat him yesterday, but he escaped from my hands."

        Nandini : "Can you please go ahead and treat him now? We all will make sure that he doesn't escape this time."

        After checking Nandini's vitals, the nurse treated Manik's wounds.

Fab4 came out of the hospital.

        Manik : "Mukti, you said that Alya didn't come because she had some pre-scheduled appointment at home. Do you know at what time it was?"

        Mukti told him the timings of the appointment.

        Manik : "So it will be over soon. You guys carry on, I will meet her and then go home."

        Mukti (teasing) : "Why? Do you want to spend some time alone with her?"

        Manik : "Nothing like that, I have something important to talk to her."

        Mukti : "Do you want me to believe that? You don't have to give reasons to be with her. No one is going to stop you if you say the truth."

        Manik : "You think so, because you always find reasons to stick to Abhi. I don't have any such desires. (Mujhe aisi koi shauk nahi he.) I am going exactly for the reason I told you. So if you give me permission, I will take leave."

        Manik left.

        Cabir : "There is something wrong."

        Mukti : "What is wrong in him meeting Alya?"

        Cabir : "You were trying to tease him. He didn't tell you, but he seemed to be very annoyed with it. I am just wondering if his talk with Alya could be something serious."

        Mukti : "Like what?"

        Cabir : "I don't know. It is just the way he was behaving, it didn't seem fine."

        Mukti : "Maybe we should go and check on them then."

        They also started a few minutes after Manik left.

Manik went to Alya's house. The maid told him where Alya was and he went to meet her. Manik had come to confront Alya about what he had come to know, which he learned before Nandini was kidnapped. He had no idea that Alya was behind Nandini's current situation too.
