Chapter 12
Marie's POV
I'm in debate club, my phone blowing up with messages from Kayla. I turn around and do a flirtatious smile. Cam is talking to Lily and Ryland staring at Gord which is weird because it's usually the other way around.
"Welcome to clubs class I have a awesome announcement! Our class is taking a field trip to... NEW YORK CITY!"
The class throws up their books and scream in happiness. I look at Cam listening to music as she is walking up to Lily.
"Hey wifie!" Cam says
"Hey girl!"
"Ready for New York?" Cam asks
"Of course!"
"By the way this is my good friend Marie she's dating Kayla."
"It's nice to meet you Marie." She says with a smile.
Then I see that dumbass Linsey walk up to us.
"Hey girls what are you listening to?" She asks
"Eminem..." She says
"I prefer skittles."
"Um I'm not talking about the candy I'm talking about the rapper..."
"Why would you want to eat a wrapper? Ew."
"Whatever."
I hear a ring saved by the bell. I think something is majorly wrong with Linsey.

I get my lunch and go to sit with Gord and Cam but this time there two new people sitting with us, Ryland and Lily.
"Um hey guys..." I say wondering why there are sitting here
"Hey!" Gord says
"Have any of you guys seen Kayla?"
"Yeah she's staying after class for late work." Cam says
Kayla walks in kissing me on the cheek whispering sexy stuff about yesterday. Then I turn to Ryland and Gord walking out.

Gord's POV
I don't know why Ryland is asking me to go out of the cafeteria for some reason.
"I have a very important question." He says smiling very sexually.
"Yes?"
He smiles and says
"Would you do me the honor and go to prom with me?"
I didn't know if I herd him right, did he just ask me to prom? My heart is going crazy I feel like this is a trap. I can't breathe his smile starts to fade as I just look at him. I can't take it anymore I run away away from a sadden Ryland.
