Kayla's POV
It's two days after Christmas and Jersey City is starting to calm down after the blizzard. The snow is melting and I'm hanging out with Marie even more after the accident happened eight days ago. Everybody is getting better even Cam and we are getting even closer to the New York trip and I'm so excited. I hear a ringing from my phone I look down and it Marie I answer...
"Hey sunshine!"
"Hey sweetie!"
"Is there a reason you called?"
"Yeah do you want to go to the movies later?"
"Can't sorry sunshine I have loads of homework..."
"Maybe I can come to your house Kayla?"
"Yeah I need some help with my homework."
She hung up the phone and minutes later she shows up at my front door.
"Hey" I say as I open the screen door.

We hang out on the bed watching old episodes of Pretty little Liars on Netflix. She turned and kissed me I kissed back it lasted for minutes.

We lay into each other's arms under the covers. I close my eyes...

Marie's POV
I wake up its still dark outside still I look and see Kayla crying in the corner... I'm thinking what the fuck. She has a knife in her hand.
"What's wrong babe?"
"My dad... He's gone I can't take it anymore."
"Please we can get through this don't do anything your going to regret." I feel tears start to go down my face.
"I'm sorry but I can't take it!" She yells while she is balling then... She takes the knife and stabs herself in the chest.
"NO!" I scream as now I'm balling. I scream in sadness.

Then I jump in Kayla's bed she wakes me up.
"Are you ok?... I heard you crying in your sleep." She says with a worried face.
"Yeah just a nightmare..." I said drying my eyes. "Can you promise me that you will never leave?" I asked
"Of course sunshine. I love you too much to ever leave you."
"I love you too I'm going back to bed."

Kayla's POV
The second period bell rang, Jaylin walked up to me.
"Hey bitch I only came up to you because I wanted to show you a little video."

That doesn't sound good it never means anything good. She pulled out her new iPhone and showed a video that is on YouTube. It's the video of the girls who beat up Marie in the locker room.

I looked at her a slapped that hoe she look at me and kissed me. I pushed her off I look to the side and saw Marie about to cry.
"How could you?..." She ran away with tears going down her face.
"Oh. no." She said with a smile then starts to laugh
I ran after Marie... She ran into the bathroom stall and locked it. I hear her sniff from crying.
"Please listen to me!" I say
"You cheated on me!"
"No I didn't I didn't want to kiss her she kissed me."
"Oh really."
"Yes... You know I hate Jaylin why would I kiss that bitch!" She stays quiet
"She only kissed me because she wanted to ruin our relationship... I love you." I said she opens the stall door and says
"I trust you."
