Alex's usual alarm went blaring it actually woke her up half way for once...... But only half. So no surprise harper yet again had to mention food to actually get the young wizard awake and up. Alex was annoyed but poofed on an outfit she considered was good enough and went to eat the bacon harper had made for real this time.
"So who's the boy?" Theresea asked teasing her daughter. But Jerry immediately spit out his coffee, "boy? Another one? Why won't they just all go away!" He whined not happy to see his baby girl growing up. Alex immediately scoffed however at her mothers question. "There is no boy, and what makes you think so anyway." Alex asked mouth full of bacon with a scrunched up face. "Well you have been smiling since last night which no offense mija you don't do often, also you seem more accepting on going to school today." Theresea stated with an all knowing look causing Alex to just look away and not put up her usual fight.
But her parents easily saw how she went walking with no problem to get in the car for school. Not a single complaint was heard about actually going to the school which was very unusual since Alex was always whining to stay home every morning. Justin and Max were over hearing the conversation at the breakfast table and of course began singing the Kissing Tree song all the way to school. Harper even joined in at the ends causing Alex to having to threaten them immediately shutting all three up.
When Justin pulled into the parking l people still stared but it wasn't as bad as yesterday. Alex spotted the beefy gang across the parking lot and immediately hopped out and rushing over. Her eyes found Paul almost instantly but she made sure to greet the group as a whole to not raise suspicion. "Hello losers its your favorite person of all time Alex Russo!" She announced causing the pack to snort and give back sarcastic remarks. But Alex was a taken back when Paul who had been across from her was now beside her resting a hand on her lower back.
Alex smile seemed to flicker a second she didn't want to show how the electricity seemed to be shooting up her spine. But she did send a smile towards Paul before talking to him directly as the group became immersed in conversation. "Good morning Paul, miss me?" It was more a joke then anything but a the same time Alex was curious if he missed her like she had him. But a lopsided smile came to his face as he answered her question, did he find her out? "Good morning, and if I said yes what would you say if I asked if you missed me?" Again he seemed to reflect her question causing Alex to smirk but before she could tease the boy an annoying voice killed the mood.
"Greetings everyone!" Said Justin's voice to early in the morning for Alex. Justin's eyes immediately found Paul who's hand was on Alex back and saw her eyes glaring him down.

"Hey Alex so you know you never answered moms question who is that boy you like?" He asked glancing around the group of all buff men that slightly intimidated him. Alex EYES went as wide as saucers her face was burning slightly in embarrassment.
