When lunch finally rolled around Alex practically dragged the pack and Harper to the cafeteria. Her stomach had been growling like Chewbacca the last 5 minutes of class.
Alex followed Paul to the packs normal table, sitting directly by him out of all the free seats making him ecstatic. Things were going amazing until two random guys walked by and said something to Alex. Justin who was sitting with the pack heard there mumbling that everyone missed being too indulged in conversation.
"Excuse me but that's my sister and she deserves a little more respect then that especially from two stray chromosomes like you" he said clearly pissed at whatever the boys had said. I couldn't help but furrow my brow at the two boys who looked not even fazed. "What exactly did you say? I mean a real MAN would say it loud enough for the person to hear rather then talk shit" Alex asked just genuinely curious not even upset considering guys from New York were ten times worse.
"Actually we were far from shit talking, we were just saying you had really nice tits" the random guy shrugged like it was simple. The table began to vibrate making Alex think 'who's phone vibrates that much' she then turned to look at Paul and soon realized how dumb she was. Because he was practically shaking to the point it was scary for Alex. He was about to jolt up and fight the two idiots when Alex places her hand over his looking at him with concern. He immediately stopped shaking and looked at her wide eyed.
"Paul it's alright they are not worth it" Alex laughed rubbing his hand softly. Still holding his hand she turned back to the boys, "I mean I guess I'll take it as a compliment but gotta say you two probably don't know what big is" as she gestured to their private spots making them blush and scurry. Everyone went to laughing about the situation but some were in shock over Paul's turn around. Normally when Paul was mad there was no stopping his fits of rage but one touch from Alex alone made him stop.
Alex felt stared at and turned her head to meet the intense gaze of Paul. She didn't understand why until she realized she was holding his hand still. And let go quickly and when she saw the look that crossed Paul's face she actually felt bad.
Leaning in Alex whispered as if to not catch anyone's attention, "thank you for caring....I gotta admit......your hot when your angry." Alex leaned away with a smirk and a wink causing Paul to practically drop his mouth to the floor.
No girl had ever made Paul feel like this before and he was glad that Alex Russo would be the last.
Although it was meant to be secret everyone in the pack could obviously hear it with their super hearing causing them to give their boy a thumbs up and stuff as he smiled broadly and proudly. He even got the confidence to wrap an arm around the back of Alex chair. Such a small gesture gave him so much anxiety, he was scared of her rejecting him because.....Alex Russo was different from other girls.
Alex just glanced at him out of the corner of her eye and smiled softly causing Paul's heart to beat like crazy and blush. He kept thinking how beautiful she looked. He wanted to claim her so badly yet Alex Russo was a hard one to crack, he had no idea how to go about it.
—————————————- Gym class
Alex yet again wore Kim's gym clothes that Kim soon gave her knowing she'd probably never bring her own plus her clothes were smaller fitting tightly on Alex in the right places. Usually covering herself up Alex was exposed in the short shorts that kept riding up to high and the top that clinged to her chest and stomach showing she was actually curvy and hid it in her slightly baggy clothes.
So of course Alex felt watched as she left the locker room to find the group sitting and talking waiting for their first official lesson to begin. Her eyes immediately found Paul who was....looking at her wide eyed blushing. Alex ignored it and seemed to go straight to him like a magnet.
"Hi guys it's me your favorite girl of all time and still single ......just throwing that one out there" she said to the good looking meat heads around her causing them all to laugh except Paul who seemed to ...growl? But alex just shrugged before looking up at him with a dazzling smile , "would you like to be my partner for ...whatever we are doing?" Alex asked unsure if he'd want someone as unathletic her but she really wanted him because he was athletic and could do all the heavy lifting.
"I'd love to although Sweetheart I think your just using me for my muscles" he stated while showing off his bicep making Alex reach out and feel it. "Man that bigger then my head! You could crush a skull with one punch huh?" Alex asked excited to know he was strong enough to really hurt someone like maybe Justin? Jk jk.......
"Okay class today's lesson is drumroll please.....(nothing)..... is soccer so we are gonna pick two captains to pick teams" the lazy old coach said causing Alex to huff at the possibility of not being on Paul's team. Although if Alex had partnered with Paul Harper would have freeeeeeaked anyway.
So after the calling of teams Alex had Jacob, Quil, and Embry on her team and everyone else was on the other team causing Alex to fake (secretly really pout) at a Paul who laughed but looked upset as well.
The game started with a kickoff and Alex just stood walking around the field avoiding playing at all costs. Her team was obviously upset but Alex hates excercise.....or just moving in general.
Out of nowhere the schools soccer captain went dodging through everyone heading straight towards Alex. Before Alex could process what was happening the boy not looking up plowed Alex over causing her to practically do a flip as she landed with a thud on her side. Her ankle hurt a tiny bit maybe a sprain at most. Alex was helped up by Kim and Harper who frantically checking on Alex who seemed bored and not upset slightly.
The guy who's considerably good looking quickly left the game running to her apologizing and grabbing on her trying to make sure everything was okay and she wasn't hurt when he was quite literally lifted into air.... and moved away from Alex. Paul's back was in Alex view immediately.
Before he could even get a word out Alex just rubbed his tense back causing it to untense and him to look at her in a daze. Again everyone in the pack was overly astounded. "Well seems I hurt my ankle....probably shouldn't walk on it...hmm maybe if someone carried me" Alex said towards Paul who couldn't nod faster but if he did would snap his neck. He swooped her up bridal style walking to the nurses office.
Alex could feel the strong hold on her but joked of him dropping her but he argued he would never. But Alex was talking of people getting hurt being funny when she had an idea. "Wanna take a pic with me Paul?" She asked smiling happily wanting to have a picture with her closest friend here. "I'd love to" Paul said laughing but meaning it.
