Nico's POV

"Hey, wait up!" Was what I heard when I walked out of math class. "If we are going to get punished, we should at least try and make up and be friends!" Will Solace told me, finally catching up to him. "WOW! Don't even try to wait up for me. You know, you could at least apologize for not waiting." Will said, looking at me.

I didn't even look up at him while trying to day under my breath, "Well maybe if you were in better shape you could have caught up to me faster."

"Oh no you don't Mr. Gloomy Pants! You are in NO position to be telling me to get into better shape! Look at you! You're as skinny as a skeleton! What, is one of your hobbies trying to get skinnier everyday?" Will exclaimed, throwing his hands in the air.

I rolled my eyes. Glaring, I told him," Fist off: being skinny is not a hobby. It's a lifestyle. And second: What is with the nickname?" We were around halfway to the principle's office by then.

"Do you want a different nickname?"Will Solace put a finger on his chin, thinking out loud he said, "Hmm, maybe you could be Skeleton Boy... no that doesn't sound right. Maybeeeeee... Death Breath? OH! I know! Death Boy!" Will smirked. "Get it? That because if you don't eat enough food, you'll be dead soon." Will's smirk faded. "Actually, please eat some food. It would probably be good for everyone if you are alive."

I rolled my eyes. "Suurrreee," I said, unconvinced. "Also, if you are going to give me a nickname-"

"YES! I get to give you a nickname!"

"I SAID, before I was so rudely interrupted, If you are going to give me a nick name, give me a name that has the correct title." Will gave me a confused look and I told him, "I'm not a boy, I'm a MAN."

Will laughed. "I didn't know you could tell jokes, Nico! But really, keep telling yourself that." Will stopped suddenly. "Look! we are already here! Time really does fly by when your having fun!"

"I wouldn't call you 'fun'" I grumbled walking to the front desk, the place we have to check in before going into the office.

"Hello there! I will need your names, and the reason you are here." The front office lady told us.

Once we gave her out names, we sat down, two chairs away from each other. Will was nervously waiting and tapping his foot on the floor in the middle of the process. I looked away from him, looking out the window. 

Suddenly, the door to the principle's office opened up. "Come in, boys." The principle said, holding open the door for us to go in.

Once we took out seats in his office, Will started begging, "I'm sorry sir! We both know that this has been our fifth time coming to the office, but we understand the consequences of your actions and we sincerely apologize" 

The principle then turned to me. "And your thought on this matter?"

I shrugged.

"Well. In our latest faculty meeting, we have discussed your relationship with each other and we have decided to try a new tactic." The principle said.

"What tactic?" I asked.

"Does the tactic involve us not getting into trouble?" Will asked at the same time, and I scowled at him.

"The new tactic, "The principle said, interrupting us before we got into a fight."If for one of you to shadow the other and finally understand how it is in the other person's shoes. This will hopefully stop you from fighting and you two maybe could become close friends!"

The bell rang and I said, "Yeah whatever. I have to go to art now." I stood up and pushed my chair in.

"Yeah, I have to get to music." Will said, standing up, too.

"No, you both will be going to art." I glared at Will ad the principle said, "You will start your shadowing today. Have fun and please.."He waited till both of us looked him in the eye, "Be nice to each other."

By the way, shadowing is where you have to stick to another person's schedule for one day. In Will and Nico's case, they will be doing it until the get along. Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee
