When the text is like this, that means Piper and Annabeth are texting. It will show who is texting, too :)

hey annabeth you ready for the sleepover today? -Piper

Of course I am! The question is are YOU ready? -Annabeth

Psh obviously. i mean youre practically harmless -Piper

O.O -Annabeth

What a compliment. -Annabeth

hey, im just stating the truth -Piper

I can do PLENTY of harmful things! Also, type with correct grammar, please. It's annoying when you type like that. -Annabeth

NEVA! also, what CAN you do to me -Piper

Plenty of things. Including making you call you know who and ask him on a date. - Annabeth

I put my phone down when Annabeth texted that, leaving her on read. She wouldn't do that, would she? When I picked up my phone again, I say Annabeth's new message, saying:

HEY! I know you left me on read! Text me back right now! -Annabeth

okay, okay, jeez. what a great best friend you are. forgive me? -Piper

Whatever. I'll get you back at the sleepover. I'll see you at my house in 10. -Annabeth

k. cya -Piper

Your grammar horrifies me. -Annabeth

BYEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEE-Piper

When I put down my phone, I started packing. My dad was away for shooting some scenes for the new movie. I've read the books and seen some of his scenes and I tell you, DO NOT WATCH IT! I SWEAR ALMOST EVERYTHING IS WRONG!

After packing my bag, I walked over to Annabeth's house, which was about a block away. While walking, I couldn't help but wonder, "Will she make me tell him?"

"Tell who what?" I heard a voice say from behind me, and I turned around, spinning to see the one and only, Jason Grace.

"Are you going to tell me or will you just keep staring at me?" Jason said, smirking. I hadn't even noticed I was staring, but I quickly turned my eyes away from Jason and started to walk to Annabeth's house.

"Ummm, you just not gonna speak to me?" Jason said, jogging to catch up to her.

"I'm not ignoring you, I just have to get to Annabeth's house, and I know if I'm late she will kill me." I said, not slowing my steady pace.

"Wow, Annabeth's THAT scary? I mean, I heard stories from Percy, but-" Jason started until I cut him off.

"She is not scary at all. That was a hyperbole. Obviously. Oh, look! I'm here, BYE!" I said, running to Annabeth's porch and slamming the door behind me so I couldn't hear Jason's reply.

"What was that all about?" Annabeth said, sitting on the couch in the living room.

"Nothing," I said, turning bright red. "There was a slight detour on the way here."

"Whatever, my stepmom isn't here today and dad is in his office, so let's go upstairs and start the torture of Truth or Dare." Annabeth said, standing up and walking up the stairs.

"Yay." Piper said sarcastically.

The girls stopped at Annabeth's bedroom as they had done many time before. This was where the game of Truth or Dare has been held for three years. As both girls sat down on the carpet, Annabeth said the rules.

"Okay, no chickens or lying and if you DO chicken or lie, you get ignored for a week." Annabeth said.

"Of course I know this, we've played his like, every week. Now let's start." Piper said, wanting to get the torture over with.

"Okay, Piper. Truth or dare?" Annabeth said, smiling.

Usually, Piper would have gone with dare, but Annabeth's smirk made her choose truth. Annabeth's smirk fading made Piper feel like she chose the right one, until her smile returned.

"Okay. What happened outside?"

"Nothing. I just didn't want you to kill me for being late!" I said, lying.

"Yeah, I would believe that, but earlier today you told me I could never do anything harmful. Now, what really happened?" Annabeth said, cleverly.

"Ugh. Why do you have to be so smart?"

"'Cause. Now, spill. The. Tea."

"Well, I ran into... Jason." I told her.

"And?" Annabeth said, knowing there was more to say.

"Well, he thought I was ignoring him and so I told him like, three sentences and then slammed the door on his face." I said, quickly.

There was silence that followed until Annabeth said, "That means you DID lie to me today. I should be ignoring you."

"Wait, I mean-" I started, not wanting her to get mad at me.

"But I'll shrug it off if you call him and ask you know who and ask him on a date." Annabeth said, smiling. She always knew how to get her way.

"I..... Okay. I mean- I don't want to because I'm nervous, but I REALLY want to. UGH! I hate this girly feeling." I said.

Annabeth was already dialing his number on my phone when I finished talking. (Annabeth knows her password.) "Hello? Is this Piper? I though you were ignoring-"

"I like you." I said quickly. "Annndddddd, would you like to go on a date with me?" I asked.

"I mean, sure but-"

"Okay see you at seven tommorow at the new bakery on Apollo St." I said quickly, ending the call with him. I was blushing so hard at the moment, but I didn't care.

I had a date with Percy Jackson!

I know, I know. Don't throw rocks at me. Please. I had to do it.... I'm sorry. Don't throw the rocks...

please?
