Elizabeth's POV
After Zach left I sat in the dark and contemplating crying.
I checked me phone, it was only 7:30. Why was I letting Zach ruin my night?
I decided to text Kate and see if she wanted to do something.
She said that we should go out to a surprise place to get Zach off my mind.
Since I had no idea where we were going I just went with some black skinny jeans and a simple t-shirt.
I texted Kate and told her I was ready and she said she'd be there in a few.
I sat anxiously on my couch, thinking about what Zach said.
"Fine, I'll leave. But don't think I won't be back."
I heard a car beep and quickly walked outside.
When I got in the car all I wanted to know was where we were going.
"So, where are we going?" I asked Kate quickly.
"Bonfire on the beach," Kate said bluntly.
"Oh, alright."
I was tempted to ask who all would be here, but I guess I would find out soon enough.
The car ride was mostly silent and I was really thinking I should've just stay at home.
When we pulled up I got out of the car and sighed.
Kate came up behind me, "Don't worry. Everything's going to be fine."
I nodded my head and continued to walk to the beach.
Taking a seat in the chair I looked at the ocean and just thought about my life. I thought about Ashton and I thought about Zach.
My thoughts were soon interrupted by a tap on my shoulder.
I turned around and seen the one person I didn't want to.
"Hey, Elizabeth."
