Chapter 46

Hours passed, Jennie fell asleep during lunch time. She's not worrying about her son since Ella is here. Jennie's body feel so weak that any moment earlier, she will be left unconscious.

Reign didn't bother to wake his Mom up and just stayed with Ella. Watching nursery rhymes that Ella memorized after a lot of times hearing it. She's too tired on that song but looks like Reign is still enjoying it.

"Reign? Let's sleep" Ella asked him.

"I don't want to sleep Auntie" Reign resist and sing a long to the music.

Ella yawn and rub her eyes "I'm so sleepy.. Do you want milk?" She asked.

"No" Reign shook his head.

Ella didn't know how to make the kid sleep since Jennie's the only person that can make this baby rest.

"Imagine, Mommy is sick yet her Baby is not listening? I'm sure Mommy will be sad" Ella tried to make him guilty.

Reign look at her and give the phone to Ella. He lifted up his arms to carry him which Ella quickly accept it.

The young Lady smile as she successfully got Reign's attention. She carry him right away and make a milk for Reign. They proceed in the room where Jennie's lying.

"Maintain your voice low. Mommy is sleeping" Ella whispered and make Reign lay down as well. She gave the bottle and the kid suck it.

Ella wanted to close her eyes but she can't, she needs to check him first. Reign's eyes are slowly shutting down, he's playing Jennie's ear until he fell asleep. Ella got the chance and fix her body to sleep as well.

Chaeyoung's P. O. V

It's been weeks since Jennie Unnie came back but I never had a talked with her. I have no courage to do so. Jisoo told me that she said the truth to Lisa, it made me guilt more. I don't know but as long as we don't talk.. It will eat me alive. The conscience will eat me alive.

If it's not because of me, hiding the truth.. Maybe they're still together. I was involved on how the 8 year relationship rupture in just a snap. I couldn't sleep properly every night, just by thinking how Jennie Unnie cried before every night.. I know her. She's too weak for Lisa to the point that she'll give up everything just for her which actually happened.

But something's off with Lisa that time, she looked for lust to cover up the pain and madness upon her heart.

When Jisoo told me about the baby is alive, I was happy. I don't know how does it happen but Jennie Unnie is indeed smart.

I'm still looking for a courage to meet her. Nayeon and Irene Unnie were planning to ask Jennie Unnie to have a coffee but I don't know if I will go.

I will accept every thing that she will say and do. If she'll slap me and throw different cusses, it's fine with because that's what I deserve.

I never meet Somi ever since but I can see her in Lisa's IG post. They look so happy but I'm not trying to stare at it because I can't picture them out together, it's always been Jennie Unnie whom I'm imagining with her. But maybe, it's all about imagine because it's impossible anymore.

And I'm sorry for that.

When we fought last night, we didn't talk since today. I mean, she's trying to but I'm avoiding her. She should learn that I'm not playing dumb about that Jennie but she asked me for a dinner date later so I just agreed, let's see what she will do.
