Chapter 79

9AM.

After breakfast, Jennie and Lisa decided to go home even though there's still two days left for the one week. Jennie doesn't have any idea why Lisa asked to go home.

Lisa drive through the highway while Jennie is beside her and Reign is sitting at the back without booster seat. The kid doesn't want to go and cry when they're about to leave the place but Jennie explained to him that they need to and will surely come back soon.

"Why did you want to go home?" Jennie asked as she gazed on her.

Lisa push the gear up to 2, carefully driving because of the two "I wanna go somewhere" She replied and smile at her.

Jennie nodded her head and looked down. She was thinking about something else and try to focus but she can't.

"Lisa.. About what happened-"

"I know" She replied and heave a sigh "I'm sorry if you feel uneasy because of that. We were intimately unconscious"

Jennie looked out the window and fidget her finger "What happened between us remained nothing" She mumbled.

Lisa wet her lips and bob her head slowly, she gripped on the wheel and checked Reign at the back but she saw him sleeping. She just smile and rest her back to relax, Jennie is not speaking at all and let Lisa drive in peace.

After an hour of driving, they arrived in City and it's 5 minutes drive away from Jennie's apartment so the latter is getting ready. She checked Reign first and he's in deep sleep. As Jennie looked outside, she wa surprised that it isn't the right route.

"Where are you going? Are you lost?" Jennie asked and looked back "That's the way"

Lisa turned the wheel on the right "I'll bring you home" She replied without looking, she's focus on driving since there's a lot of vehicles crossing each way.

"What?" Jennie questioned and looked in front, it's the way through their house. She gazed on Lisa who's somehow no reaction at all and continue driving until the reached the front gate of Jennie's house.

"Let's take your things at the back?" Lisa suggested with a smile on her face, she looks so sure about what she decide but before she could open the door, Jennie grab her hand.

"Dad might sees you Lisa" She warned her, telling her not to go.

Lisa removed her grip and caress the top of her hand "I'm ready. I'm ready Jennie" She replied and stepped out of the car.

Jennie stop for a moment and lean her back to take deep breaths. She looked back and decided to step out as well. She open the door to take Reign out of the car. She's nervous on what will happen because for sure the last time that Lisa met her Dad was when she abandoned her in front of them.

Jennie proceed in front of the gate and waited for Lisa to take all the bags she brought including Reign's. Once Lisa closed the trunk of her car and carry the bags, Jennie walked in with nervousness upon her chest. She doesn't want chaos like before because she's with Reign.

"What will you do here?" Jennie asked.

"I wanna talk to your family" She answered and stop in front of the main door "Should I knock?"

"You don't have to" Jennie chuckle, Lisa used to knock before when she's about to enter although Jennie's parents let her in through the gate, she still do it to respect.

When Jennie open the door, her Mom welcomed her with a surprising look. She put down the magazine she's holding and run to Jennie.

"You're already here!" Mrs. Kim giggle and hug her "Honey! Jennie and Reign are finally home again!"
