I became aware of someone jolting me and interrupting my sleep as they attempted to wake me. This was accompanied by the sound of my name passing through my ears which was evident as my dreaming became confused and jumbled by events that were reality and events that were merely a part of the psychological motion of sleep.
"Fliss. Wake up, please," a voice spoke until I finally began to snap out of my slumber. The voice that spoke was recognisable to me in so familiar of a way it startled me.
But my mind sent me to thinking that if it was his voice then it was too good to be true. I mean, it couldn't be him, could it?
I kept thinking, it was all a part of my imagination but the sound of his low, enticing voice was so familiar, so comfortingly beautiful to my ears that the words I was hearing slowly felt as if they were becoming real.
"Come on Fliss, wake up."
I eventually shook myself out of my dreaming state and my eyes reluctantly opened slowly. My vision had to adjust to the murky, dark room with its cobwebs, it's bugs and its cracks in the wall.
The small amount of light provided led my sight to the source of the voice I had been recognising, the person who had been trying to wake me from my sleeping state. To my pleasant surprise, it was exactly who I thought it was.
"Harry?-" I asked confused, needing his confirmation that he was actually there.
"It's me. I'm here," he spoke lowly. He pulled me up and towards him, wrapping his arms so tightly around me that I felt so much comfort, even though this one of the most uncomfortable of places.
As his arms embraced me, I held onto him tightly. My eyes rimmed with tears as a result of everything I had been feeling. The anguish that had built up over the weeks I had been here, and now my happiness at seeing Harry right in front of me was all too much, causing my cheeks to stain with the remnants of my physical show of emotion.
"Shh, it's okay Fliss," Harry whispered into my ear. "I'm here now, I'm not letting you go again."
We remained as such for a few moments. My arms wrapped around his frame as he held me, trying to comfort me from the weeping and crying that I was embarrassingly letting out.
Eventually, I pulled back slightly as I composed myself a little more. So many thoughts began to run through my mind as to why Harry was here and I finally let some form of verbal confusion out of my mouth.
"What are you- How?" I asked stuttering over my words. Harry smiled at me, seemingly happy.
"Fliss you're getting let out and I'm coming with you. We can be together!" Harry exclaimed. His words were so fast and so unexplainable. I was utterly confused.
"What?! Harry you have to explain to me more."
"They, they told me you could come out, if I came to the Lower Half," he informed.
"What?"
He sighed and began to speak lower, his tone becoming slightly more serious. "Because of what we did, they're putting me in the Lower Half. And they said that because I'm moving to the Lower Half, they'll let you out."
"Harry, that's- I don't know what to say. I'm so glad you can get me out of here but you're going to be in the Lower Half, it's a lot different to what you knew before."
"I don't care Fliss because it means we can be together," he smiled. "God, I've missed you so much." His words were sudden, portraying his mix of emotions.
