Wrong Place, Wrong Time

Abigail's P.O.V.

  Lloyd and I have been training for a while and the others always told us that we've gotten better. I guess it was because of Lloyd's and I's "early" growth spurt that helped us improve more. Being older is great since you're not always treated like a kid every day; however, what comes up, must come down.

   Kai has been ignoring me lately and I don't know why; whenever I talk to the others about it, they always tell me that Kai just might be nervous around me, that's all. Although, after today's training, I decided that enough was enough and decided to talk to Kai to see why the heck he  was ignoring me.

    I looked around the bounty to find Kai until I found him in the lounge area of the bounty. He looked like he was thinking to himself and normally, I'll leave Kai alone, but not today. "Kai, we need to talk," I said in a serious tone and Kai noticed me then said/asked, "oh, hi Abby, how are you?" "How I'm doing isn't important, what's important is asking you why you've been ignoring me?" I asked then said, "ever since Lloyd and I became older, you've been ignoring me recently and I wish to know why."

    Kai looked at me shocked then looked down and I asked, "did I do something wrong?" "What? No, of course not," Kai said worried then I asked, "then why are you ignoring me?" Kai then looked down for a while until he started walking towards me. I actually thought I angered him and I've seen Kai angry before, no way was I going to make Kai angry, but now, I think I did. So, I started to back away a little until I bumped into a wall that was behind me. Great, now, I was stuck; however, I was not going to be afraid of him.

    I stood my ground as Kai was now in front of me with a serious look; Kai is never serious about something before, so, it must be important. "Do you really want to know?" Kai asked and I said, "of course I do, I'm worried about you and I'm worried that I may have-" I was interrupted when Kai...kissed me.

     I was so shocked when Kai kissed but now it makes sense on why Kai was ignoring me; he's either embarrassed by me or is too intimidated by me. I knew I was blushing because of how hot my face was and to be fair, I didn't mind Kai kissing me. However, due to me being shocked, I did nothing; after the kiss, Kai backed away from me then said, "now you know why." Kai then walked out of the room, leaving me there alone.

    I fell to my knees, since they became weak, and covered my face with my hands. That was my first kiss; my first kiss was with Kai!? After a little while, I calmed myself down and as soon as I got back up, I heard someone say, "Abby, there you are!" I looked over to see Katie running over to me and I asked, "is something wrong Katie?" Katie nodded before saying, "the falcon spotted your father." I was shocked and immediately got worried; what's my father planning to do? Katie told me what the others and her saw and we both agreed that we needed to head to Ouroboros as quickly as possible.

   It took a while but we finally made it to Ouroboros when it was very dark. We sneaked into Ouroboros and were ready to fight dad. When dad saw Lloyd and I, he was shocked but then got mad and ran off, ordering the snakes to fight us. We all fight the snakes and ran after him but when he found out where he was, he was already gone in some kind of portal. "He used the mega-weapon again," Caroline said then Katie asked, "the question is, what did he do this time?" At that moment, sand started to rise from the ground.

  "What's happening?!" I asked shocked and Zane said, "Garmandon went back in time!" "What?!" we all yelled shocked and Lloyd said, "uh, I can't feel my hands." "Wait, Garmandon went back in time to make sure Lloyd doesn't become the Green ninja," Zabrina said then I said, "wait, wouldn't I still be the Light Green ninja?" "Yes, but without Lloyd, you won't be able to defeat him," Uncle Wu said to me then said to the others, "If he changes anything, he changes everything; you all must go through the portal, protect the future, ninja."
