The Stone Army

Abigail's P.O.V.

   I woke up to the alarm that the girls set up in the room; I was so tired, so, I was about to throw it out the window until Katie stopped me, knowing that I'm just tired. I knew what today is and I didn't want any part of it because it was Wednesday which means it's sunrise exercise day. 

    I hated that day and the girls know that, because they hate it too. As we all got ready to do some exercises, we all heard some voices coming from the guys' room. The guys' must be talking about the sunrise exercise or something like that.

   I was the first one to walk out of the room only to see Lloyd walk past me. "Hey Lloyd," I said then asked, "how's your morning so far?" "Terrible," Lloyd said, "I have to clean up the dragon's mess again." "Didn't you tell the guys to not put that job on you?" I asked and Lloyd said, "I did, but I lose against the game of rock, paper, clam." As he started to walk again, I heard him ask himself, "how the heck does paper beat rock?"

  "The guys really need to stop doing that," Katie said as she came out of the room and Julia, who came out of the room too, said, "agree, but look on the bright side, Lloyd is becoming more hard-working." I guess I can agree with that; anyway, after a little while, we decided to follow to where the guys are and found them near the dragon. Lloyd was holding the dragon's....mess away from him and said, "I always have to do the dirty work."

  "Hey, having a pet dragon is a big responsibility," Cole said and Caroline said, "Cole technically has a point Lloyd." "Didn't your mom ever let you have a pet?" Jay asked and I froze up on the spot. Lloyd looked stunned when he was asked that and just looked down; I knew at that moment that I'm going to have to tell them. "We never knew our mother," I said in a sad tone, "she abandoned us when we were very young."

    I saw Kai walk over to me and asked, "she just left? Who took care of the both of you then?" "We spent our whole lives in Darley's boarding school," I said as I looked down. Before Kai could say anything else, we heard someone yell, "hey, I have a mission for you all!" We all looked over to see Nathan and Nya running towards us. "What is it?" Caroline asked and Nathan said, "the Museum of History asked for your help, something really is happening there." "What?" Kai asked and Nya said, "you'll have to see it to believe it."

    We all ran over to the Museum, not without Lloyd leaving Nya and Nathan with the dragon's mess, and when we got there, we were greeted by the owner. "It's great that you all finally made it," the owner said in a worried tone, "quickly, come this way." We all followed the owner and he explained what had been going on so far. Apparently, the Great Devourer's, remember them, venom got through the city's sewer and caused a weird side effect to the Stone Warriors statues, which they were going to show.

    The owner showed us a room full of Stone Warrior toys and they...were moving and were evil. I guess this is the side effect of the Great Devourer's venom; we fought off the toys but not without causing a mess. Before we could clean up after the mess we made, we noticed that Uncle Wu, who came with us, wasn't in the room with us anymore. So, we went to go look for him and when we found him, he was talking to someone. It was an older woman with grey hair and looked like a famous explorer.

  "So, are you going to introduce us?" Jay asked to which Julia elbowed him in the arm. "Pardon my cousin's rudeness," Julia said and Uncle Wu said, "it's alright, this is Misako, Lloyd's and Abigail's mother." The others gasped while Lloyd and I were just stunned; she's our mother?! "O-Our mother?" Lloyd asked shocked while I just looked shocked and speechless. Mom gasped then asked/said, "Lloyd? Abigail? My children, you're both so much bigger than I remembered." Yeah, well, when being hit by the tea that'll make you older, you're going to go through this.
