Survival is key

This will look weird, but it's in third pov to make it interesting.

3rd pov

As the blood seeps further and further away from Yusei, we can see panic and worry settling over the others like a blanket. They are completely aware that the more blood he loses, especially in this time, where the medical supplies are less than stellar, they could very well lose him.

Martha is trying her hardest, putting forth all her knowledge and supplies that are medicinal, but there's only so much she can do with the stuff she has. It takes not even a few moments, but it feels like forever for those who are aware of everything that could go wrong, and the only thing they can do is try not to collapse from relief. Martha wipes her forehead and sits back on her heels.

"Alright, you, you and you, since we never got an introduction and I don't care of have the time right now, grab Yusei and get him into the orphanage. I have to go and get into contact with the only doctor who has ever worked on Yusei, since so few people can actually afford doctors. Yusei got lucky. Now hurry and move him, but try not to move his chest. If he starts bleeding again, there's a very high chance he won't survive until the doctor arrives. Understand?"

Joey, Kaiba and Tristan all nod, and then set to picking Yusei up carefully. They know exactly what is at risk, and not even Kaiba, and his... quirky... personality want to lose Yusei. He enjoys Yusei's presence, despite never mentioning it, though he has a feeling that Yusei knows without him having to say. They gently pick him up and freeze when he moans, but he remains completely out.

The group that was Yusei friends, those who had not run, blink in shock, everything had gone so fast and now they are starting to be alone in the back, with the others either already in or heading to the orphanage. Never had they experienced so much in such short a time, not even when Yusei had crashed and needed stitches. They had seen everything in the moment it had, in the moment before it had happened, as a matter of fact, and none of them had been able to do anything. This time, not a one of them had expected or seen the moment, they had only seen the aftermath.

"I hope you assholes aren't planning on standing there the entire time, cause we could use some help. None of us knows where anything is and we need to make sure he's comfortable so he doesn't wake up and worsen his condition before the doctor arrives. So if you really care, I want you to march your sorry, good for nothing asses into this orphanage, grab blankets, water, a cloth and some bandages, and meet us in the living room. Now!"

The entire thing goes over their heads, for they are still in shock, and on top of that, none of them like or even listen to those who try to tell them what to do. Tea rolls her eyes and marches into the orphanage, locating one of the kids who lives their and asking for everything she requested from the other group. The kid nods and takes off, aware anything that requires bandages is serious and he needs to be quick. 

Tea hurries back to the living room, where the others have settled Yusei on his side, and covered him with a light blanket. Kaiba and Joey are standing on both sides of one of the doors, and Tristan is next to the one Tea entered, protecting the entrances and exits, while Yugi is doing his best to stem any bleeding they restarted. They did their best, but there's only so much you can do when there are stairs and clumsiness and such.

"Ok, Yugi, you need to check for me real quick, see if there's anything big in the wound, and then after he's done that, Kaiba, Tristan, you guys need to hold Yusei down because even if there's nothing large, we need to clean the wound and he will react. Joey, keep an eye out for anything that looks odd, because that person may very well come back."

They all nod, even Kaiba, because Yusei is important to them and they really don't want to lose him, especially not when he's made so much progress, on both himself and on Kaiba. The boy runs back in, a young girl with him, and they have, blankets, water, bandages and cloths of some kind. Tea nods and gently sets everything up, making sure not to startle the kids, before gently sending them on their way with a thanks.
