Some Random Stuff

School Story #1

In PE, it was the last day of school before winter break. It was 7th grade, so we're all obviously very stupid (technically, this happened today at the time I'm writing this). On the last day before winter break, we clean out our lockers. AKA: taking out all of the things inside them. However, the PE teachers didn't open the gate leading to the boys locker room. So that meant there were about 80 or so 6th, 7th, and 8th graders at a closed gate.

For about 15 to 20 minutes, we're all standing outside waiting for them to open the gate. After about 20 minutes, a few kids begin pounding on the gate, leading the rest of us to go haywire. It was like one of those things were one person starts doing something, then everyone else in the general vicinity being doing that thing as well. So, now we have 80 kids basically starting a mini riot (me included).

I remember a few kids began to kick at the bottom of the gate, which was loose. Someone saw this and tried to crawl through like one of those movies where the good guys break a hole in a fence and climb through, but couldn't fit.

Eventually, some kid began beating on the lock with a plank of wood while others began prying the gate. A few kids pushed on one side while others pulled on the other side, starting to stretch open the gate. The kid who was beating on the lock dropped the piece of wood, threw his backpack over the gate, then began to try and squeeze through. 

Once all of us saw this, 3 more kids (me included) began to pry the gate open while the other kid squeezed through. After a minute of two of struggling while other kids helped in the form of pushing him through, he's on the other side of the gate.

"GO ON! GET THE KEYS AND LET US THROUGH!" A few 8th graders shouted, making the kid run to the PE teacher's offices. I'd say around 3 minutes pass when the kid runs back with the keys and opens the gate.

I think we all know what happened next. *Sounds of stampede in the distance* 

Oh, my people are calling me, gotta go!
