My heart sunk, when I herd she had to have emgerancy surgery. I pasted back and forth. Took a walk, and finally the doctor came in to tell us the surgery was a success. That was really relieving. Thank god I said in my mind relieved. I stood up ready ready for my turn to go see Jay, but then Mr. Golden (Jay's dad) said "She's sleeping." So daring I went into the room stunned I saw her sleeping. And I just waited. Waited for her to wake up so she would be one of the first people she saw when she woke up.

It was like waiting for christmas morning for her to wake up, but finally at 3 am, she had woke up. I rushed to her and just held her hand, but then said "Were's my dad, I want my dad!" I replied "ok I'll be right back, he is just in the waiting room." I was as surprised as her parents were. "Mr. Golden, umm... Jay is up." I said he rushed into the hospital room, Mrs. Golden was still sleeping. "Jay, honey are you feeling ok?" Mr. Golden asked as he panicked with excitement. "Dad... Daddy my side herts." She said mumbling. "I can go get the nurse," I blurted. "Alex could you, I really don't want to leave Jay." He announced.

The nurse came in did the usual took her vitals, gave her some pain medicine and so on. As Jay woke up she started to feel better.
