Chapter 9

After having breakfast with both packs and Sid showing her face so everyone knew she was fine Tara finally got a hold of her sister, and she refused to let her go she even bit Damon's hand when he attempted to pull her away. Yeah, Sid wasn't leaving her side anytime soon! Tara took Sid out back so they could talk about what happened.

"So you saw all that huh?" Sid said trying not to relive the pain the witch Morgan had inflicted on her.

"Yeah...but she's a dead bitch now, she got what was coming to her." Said Tara.

"Really she's dead who killed her?"

"Ahem, that would be me." Tara squeaked.

"What do I mean YOU killed her?" Said, Sid

"Hey I can kill a bitch if I need to and she had it coming who the fuck does she think she is! it took me a long time to build up those walls in your mind and repair all the hurt and damage your dad's death did to you and another thing...my powers they were like elevated or supercharged I don't know how to put it but they weren't normal." Tara told Sid. Just as they were about to discuss the details Damon and shadow walked outside. Tara just rolled her eyes at the sight of shadow.

"What's going on with that Tara?"

~I don't wanna talk about it just know he's a dick and basically called me and my powers worthless in finding you, even though you wouldn't even be here right now if it weren't for me.~ Tara mind linked Sid.

"Oh no he did not!" Sid said outraged.

"Don't worry sis he isn't worth it."

Damon and Tara couldn't be happier to have Sid back safe where she belonged.

"Thank you, Shadow for all your help getting my mate back if you ever need anything to let me know I owe you more than you know," Damon said looking behind Shadow at his beautiful mate.

"I'm beginning to understand and I'm glad I could help." Shadow smiled. Both men turned to watch as Tara fussed over every bump scrape and bruise her sister had.

"Tara this really isn't necessary I'm fine!" Sid said while laughing.

"Hey do me a favor and shut the fuck up and let me do what I do damn it!" Tara said angry her sister was brushing off what happened to her. Tara was sick with worry for days over Sid being taken and now she didn't even want her to heal her and make her feel better.

"I'm sorry Tara it's not that I don't want you to make me feel better I just don't want you stressing yourself more than you need to okay? I'm here and I'm fine now see." Sid said through their mind link.

"Yeah but you didn't go through what I went through I couldn't reach you, I could feel you, and I was powerless to get you back so! if me healing minor cuts and bumps makes me feel better just shut your trap and let me be okay. You're my sister and I can't even picture a world where your not in it. I don't want you to be in any pain if I can fix it. Get it? Got it? Good!"

Sid could feel her sister's stress and panic so she did exactly what Tara had asked and shut her trap and let her heal her. After Tara was all done she gave her the biggest hug she'd given her in awhile. Damon walked overthrowing his arm around his mate wanting to be close to her but unfortunately had to share her with Sid's sister who had refused to leave her side since she got back.

Tara decided to thank the rude alpha who had helped get her sister back after all without him Sid could have been gone a lot longer or hurt even worse.

"Thank you Alpha for helping to get my sister back I don't know what I would have done if anything happened to her. I hope I see u sometime soon but on better terms next time." Tara said with a smile.
