THE MOVIE

I went home after waking up and brushing my mouth. No one was awake yet so I walked home and as always my aunt and uncle were working, even if it was Saturday.

"How was Lenny's?" asks Tre

"Well, you know. Same old, same old." I lied a bit. I just don't want Tre to get all protective brother mode with me.

"That's good, so are we all still down for Star Wars later?" Tre asks me.

"uh yeah. I'll text the guys" I say as I make my way to my room. I decided to take a shower since last night I was sweaty from dancing. After I got out of the shower I was going to text the guys but I had already received a message from Lenny.

Hey we need to talk. ASAP.

you can come over right now.

Omw.

I wondered what was wrong. Everything seemed to be going good with Daniel and him. They were bonding and having a good time.

*15 minutes later*

I was eating breakfast downstairs alone and then I heard a knock. I opened it and it was Lenny still in his adorable pokémon pjs.

"Hey" he says frantically.

"come on in. Mi casa es tu casa"

he chuckles nervously and enters.

"so what's up. Is everything okay?" I ask as we sit down on the sofa.

"I'm not sure how to say this" says Lenny staring at the floor.

"Lenny, you're scaring me. Calm down and breathe. Take your time" I tell him.

He takes a deep breathe and turns to look at me.

"Daniel and I kissed last night" he tells me.

I stare at Lenny with my mouth open.

"I don't know if he is. I don't even think he likes me, I-I just don't know what to do"

"It's okay, Len. Can you be little more specific?" I say.

"Well, at the party we both drank the same amount so I know he probably remembers. Anyways we were having a good time playing dancing and singing. Then after Jeff's meltdown we went to my room and we played COD for a bit. Then we were watching The Office and I joked about how cute Jim is. And next thing you know we're making out."

"Did he sleep over?" I asked

Lenny just smiles at me which only meant one thing.

"Oh my god Lenny! I'm proud of you. You had you're first kiss! Congrats" I say cheerily

"It's not that great. He left this morning before I woke up. I don't know how he's going to react now. What if he regrets it and claims I made it up? Or what if he says he straight?"

"Well, Lenny I can't speak for Daniel but I'm sure he doesn't regret it. And you can talk to him tonight." I tell him. I didn't want to tell Lenny what Daniel had told me about his sexuality because what if he's not ready to come out. I don't want to risk anything.

"Oh yeah that's tonight, right? I guess I can talk to him there. I just hope it isn't awkward."

"Come on len! You can do it. And if it gets awkward well I have your back ok?"

"Okay, well I have to get back home but Jeff says Hi" Lenny says making his way out.

"Oh yeah, tell him I said hi as well" I say with a small smile forming on my face.
