The drive home was a little tense and silent.
When we got home, we quickly went our separate ways... But I wanted to go on that date...
So, I took a quick shower. Once out, I looked down at my wound. It was scabbed over, but I didn't want to have it bleeding on our date...
I quickly bandaged my chest, making sure the areas that had the actual cut were covered thickly. After that, I pulled on a nice, icy blue dress shirt and some nice grey pants. It all being paired with my blood red scarf.
Since I bet this was going to be sudden, we wouldn't have time to make proper reservations, but... I don't really want to go somewhere all fancy-Mancy like...
Truth be told, I liked our little 'dates' from before... Simple walking's around the block, or even the park... Sometimes the nearby beach if we were so bold.
Even going to a few parties were nice, even though some girls and gay guys tried to flirt with him. He'd always say something in their ear that made them pout before giggling... Then they'd 'subtly' push me closer to Reaper.
It didn't matter though... Those days were good, though...
Taking a deep breath, I dug through a box of clothes I had saved from countless times of me buying crap for the wrong guys.
Quickly, I found the right nice outfit that was thankfully in Reaper's size.
Carefully folding the clothing, I walked out of my room and down the hall toward him.
I was quickly at his door, my hand raised up to knock on it... When I heard Error's voice... It wasn't glitching though.
"Reaper, you need to chill... Geno is fine."
There was a loud, but quiet growl.
"Fine?" Reaper sounded angry... "He's anything but fine! He hides himself away, Error! I don't like that! I hate it!"
I winced at the words...
"I just want him to feel safe with me! I want him to openly love me, not push me away! I want to know everything about him and be there for him when he needs me! I... I just want him to be happy with me..." The flirty monster's voice slowly lost volume... Dropping and fading. Yet, his words... made me feel something...
A heavy sigh came from someone, maybe Error.
"My King, you need to understand, Geno is... complex to say it simply." There was a pause before a shout came from Reaper.
"You think I don't know that!" He sounded ready to send a bone attack through the phone...
"Quiet will you!" My brother hissed. "Geno has ears like a hunting animal. He'll-"
I knocked loudly on the door, gulping slightly.
The room went dead silent before the door opened with Reaper shirtless...
A deep, blue blush appeared on my face. I quickly looked up to his eyes.
He had a quirked eyebrow and a flirty smirk.
"Like what you see~?" He purred.
I huffed, glaring at him. Swiftly, I shoved the clothes into his chest.
"No. Now put these one, we're going out."
I didn't wait for him to answer, I just left... I really didn't want him to answer...
