The Other Side

When we got to the cafeteria, we were shocked. It's like time stopped. I thought I was gonna die. We walked in and the first thing I saw was Grace and John tied and gagged, clearly scared half to death. Then my arms were behind my back and I was face down on the plastic type floor. Alyssa, being the feisty type, tried to fight back but was overpowered. As I was being gagged and tied, I could hear John screaming for me through muffled screeching sounds. Then, I blacked out. When I came to, I was in a dark room, maybe the kitchen. I was still dazed when two boys walked in the room. I can't tell who they are, but their voices sound framiliar. I could tell by the scrambling that Alyssa, Grace, and John were in the room with me. Then one of the boys flicked on the lights and I could clearly see there faces. It was Shawn and Josh, two of Carter's friends. Josh walked over to Alyssa and took her gag out. "I swear to god-" she was cut off by Josh, but he wasn't talking, he was aggressively kissing her. "Oww u bitch." Then he slapped her and put her gag back in. It was clear that she bit his lip, hard. "You'll regret that." He must've hit her hard because he cheek was bright red, but she wasn't gonna let them see her cry. She was strong, that's one of the things I admire about her. I looked over at John, who was looking at me with fear in his eyes. I'm scared. Then Josh spoke, his words cold. "We run your group now, understand?" Shawn had a big gash on his forehead and a few cuts on each arm. I think Josh hurt him. He and Alyssa were close friends and he didn't help her, Josh must have something to do with it. Then Josh whispered something to Shawn and pointed at Alyssa. Shawn looked at Josh in utter disgust and shook his head, but then Josh took out a knife and put it flat on Shawn's throat. Then Shawn sadly nodded. He slowly walked towards Alyssa and stood over her. Then he grabbed her by the feet and dragged her into the back room. I remember hearing her muffled screams. That was 3 days ago.
