"Well, I'll go check on what Vel's doing. Just call us when everything's finished." He then left the house, abruptly to be quite truthful. But once he had left, the two girls began to actually prepare the food, first with Tia telling Amelia what she needed to do.

While on the other hand, Kazuki only had to walk a few steps in order to arrive at his destination. As soon as he opened the door to the shop, Vel's grandfather greeted him. And Kazuki greeted back.

"Where's Vel?" He asked.

"Back at the forge. He said something about making a special sword." His grandfather seemed a bit in disbelief that Vel would be able to do something close to a high quality sword with his skills.

"Ahh, that. Please don't doubt him." Kazuki was unconsciously grinning. "We already have everything we need."

"Tell that brat not disappoint me then." He snickered, crossing both his arms.

"Then I will do so."

Then as he walked into the back of the shop, Kazuki saw the door into the forge. He was even able to hear a bit of metal hitting each other.

I guess he's already preparing…

Kazuki walked up to the door and prepared to knock, only to be distributed by a certain voice asking him. Well, there were two voices to be exact.

So, what's this about a special sword that your friend is making?

"Nothing in particular." Kazuki replied to Ambrosine's inquiry. "It was just a blueprint we got along with a magic gem after killing a boss in the dungeon."

I see, then I shall wish you luck on that. I won't be speaking to you for a while since I have to teach the five some things. Also, think of names already.

"Yeah, I will." Kazuki replied, then knocked on the door three times. "I'm coming in."

He took hold of the knob on the door, it felt slightly warm. Then after twisting it, he pushed the door open. Inside, he saw everything you would expect to be inside a place built to create armor and weapons. Anvils, hammers, a furnace, weapon parts, materials, and so many more things. And as for Vel, he was carrying a number of materials and tools.

"Sup. You starting already?"

"Yeah, it won't take too long since my [Blacksmith] skill is already on mid tier." He then put down everything he held and threw an iron ingot into the furnace to heat it. "So, how long did Tia say it would take?"

"About an hour or so she says." Kazuki then began to take off all of his armor except for his boots and the gauntlet on his left hand. After that, he took off the coat he constantly wore and put it in his bag along with the armor he unequipped.

Vel, who was focused on fanning the flames nodded to Kazuki's answer. He was silently counting each second that passed so that he could find the optimal time to take out the iron ingot from the furnace. It was almost as if he had no sense of what was happening around him except for what was inside the furnace.

I shouldn't bother him while he's focused on working…

Kazuki then noticed the single large table in the room. A lot of objects were placed on top of it. Some were materials, tools, and a few papers that were likely to be blueprints. And among them were the blueprint for the sword they planned on making.

The dimensions of the weapon were acceptable. With the blade length being eighty five centimeters and its grip being sixteen centimeters, it was on the smaller side of the spectrum of longswords. And it's design was just like any other longswords, but it has a slot on the crossguard for the circular gem we got from the boss. Then, Kazuki had some sort of an idea pop up in his mind.
