Breakdown

"I can't believe this!" Emani said in the morning as she woke up on the couch and checked her voice mail.

"What happened?" CJ asked as he was waking up on the other couch.

"I don’t even know, she just called cursing me out. "Emani said as she put on her shoes. "How am I supposed to remember something she scheduled two months ago and what does he have to do with anything, I'm not like him and now he's...again"

"Well what did she say exactly." CJ asked as he began to sit up and really wake up to try to figure out what she was saying.

"You don't want to know" Emani said shaking her head. "I'm not going back home."

"What do you mean you’re not going back home. School starts on Monday." CJ said trying to knock some since into her.

"I don't care, the things she said to me, like really. You don't say that kind of stuff especially about...and now he's back in..." Emani said tearing up. ”That drunk ass bitch”

"Hey it's gonna be ok." CJ said going to sit beside her and let her cry out her anger.

Shawn just waking up and was walking down the hall into the living room when he saw Emani crying and CJ holding her.

"What happened?" Shawn asked

"I’m guessing her mother left her some voice message and said some pretty hurtful things." CJ said still holding on to Emani as she cried.

"What did her mother say?" he asked. Shawn knew Emani's mom could be a little strict and mean, especially when she’s been drinking but it takes a lot for Emani to breakdown.

"She won't tell me." CJ said

"E, what's wrong?" Shawn asked her but she kept crying. He kept trying to get her to talk but she wouldn't say a word.

"I'm gonna call Kelly, maybe she will be able to get her to talk." he said as he went back in the room to call Kelly. When he walked into the room Beyonce was just coming out of the bathroom. When she saw his facial expression she figured something was wrong.

"What happened?" she asked

"E’s upset at something her mother left on her answering machine and she won't talk to anybody." he said getting his cellphone.

"Oh, is it really that bad?" she asked.

"I'm figuring yes because E doesn't openly cry for nothing. I'm calling Kelly. I don’t know what to do" he said

"Do you think she can get her to talk?" she said going to sit next to him on the bed.

"Hopefully." he said as he dialed Kelly’s number.

Kelly and Trey had a wonderful night together and they finally said those special three words to each other. As he began to wake up he noticed Kelly lying on his chest and he knew last night was not a dream. He had been waiting for the right moment to make love to her and it finally happened. It was way better than he thought it would be. As he was thinking he heard her phone go off. Instead of waking her out of her angelic state he went to answer her phone. He saw Shawn’s name light up on the screen.

"Hello" he said

"Trey, can I speak to Kelly?" Shawn asked

"She's asleep." he said

"It's kind of important." Shawn said

"Ok, let me wake her up and have her call you right back." he said
