Kelly's Back

Emani, Kelly and Beyoncé were driving back to Beyoncé and Shawn's. There was nothing but utter silence in that car. They arrived at the house and walked in the front door. Emani was going towards the guest room but Kelly had other plans.

"Aye! Come in here." Kelly said pointing to the couch.

Emani walked towards the couch and sat down.

"You know I'm upset with you right." Kelly said pacing in front of her.

"Yeah, but my grades are still o.k." Emani said all nervous.

"You don't get it do you? It's not your grades I'm pissed with. You lied for six months and I had to cut my vacation short because your mother is crying on the phone to me. Do you know what you’re doing to your life Emani?" Kelly said.

"I'm sorry" Emani said tearing up.

"You’re not sorry yet." Kelly said.

"But I'm gonna change I promise" Emani said.

"Oh I know you gonna change. Now got get in that room and don't be crying when I get in there." Kelly said.

Emani got up and went back into the room while Kelly went in the kitchen with Beyoncé.

"How's it going." she said eating some apple slices. 

"Well she promised to change and stuff but right now I don't care. I had to come home early. I was having fun in AC." Kelly said taking a apple slice.

Beyonce smacked her hand.

"That's rude, you didn't ask." Beyonce said laughing.

"Are you serious?" Kelly said laughing.

Beyonce nodded and Kelly asked for some.

"Oh, how did Trey propose?" Beyoncé asked.

"Oh, I'll tell you later. I can't be happy with what I'm about to do." Kelly said.

Beyoncé raised her eyebrow confused at what Kelly was referring to until Kelly cocked her head to the side. That's when Beyoncé caught on to what she was gonna do.

"O.K. Well while you handle that I'm gonna get the boys from my parents." she said.

"Well alright. I should be finish by the time you get back and Emani should be sleep." Kelly said.

"Hey, go easy on her." Beyoncé said.

"I had to cut my trip short." Kelly said.

"Well just don't kill her." Beyoncé said as she left the house.

Kelly went towards the guest room to handle her business.

Well with cutting the trip short and Kelly going to handle some business Trey decided to hang with Shawn in the studio. Trey walked into the studio and saw him messing with the boards. 

"Was up man." he said dapping Shawn up.

"What's good man" Shawn said turning around in the chair.

"You know I can't complain. I know we came back early for a reason." Trey said.

"Yeah, Emani ain't been in school so you know I had to handle that. I wasn't gonna tell Kelly till y'all got back but her momma already called Kelly. Sorry it was cut short." Shawn said.

"Naw, it's all good. But damn she told us she was doing good." he said.

"Grade wise she is, attendance wise she's doing terrible. But I know Kelly gonna change that real quick." Shawn said laughing.

"What you mean?" Cornell asked.

"Emani is afraid of Kelly and Kelly had to cut her vacation short. I wouldn't be surprised if she beat her ass." Shawn said laughing.

"She probably will." Trey said.

"Only way to know for sure is if Emani is sleep when I get back home. When she was younger if she got beat she would cry herself to sleep." Shawn said.

"That's crazy, how are the twins?" he asked.

"They good, I just wish they would sleep at night. Bey doesn't want to really get back in the studio until they’re a little older though." Shawn said.

"What you working on?" Trey asked sitting in the seat next to him.

"Oh this slow jam I just finished. I started it a couple months ago but I put in on the back burner cause I was busy. You wanna hear it?" Shawn asked.

"Yeah." Trey said.

Shawn played the track for him and he saw Trey bobbing his head up and down.

"Hey, who's the girl singing on the track?" he asked.

"Your girl." Shawn said smiling.

"My girl? Kelly?" he asked not know if he heard right.

"Yeah, she writes when she's in the studio with me sometimes but it's been a minuet since she's been in here." Shawn said.

"Oh word! She never told me she wrote and sang." Trey said.

"Well she really don't, she says she does it for fun." Shawn said.

"That's cool, what's the name of this track?" he asked.

"Motivation." Shawn said.

"I wanna get on it." Trey said.

Beyoncé walked in the house caring both boys in their car seats. She saw Kelly on the couch watching TV. Kelly turned her head when she heard movement.

"Are those my god babies?" Kelly said standing up to help her with the car seats.

"You know it! But their sleep." Beyoncé said walking towards the couch.

"Nope! Not while I'm here. Their gonna wake-up. They'll sleep later." Kelly said.

"Where's E?" Beyoncé asked.

"Sleep, she cried herself to sleep." Kelly said.

"Well I think you got the point across. Shawn should be here soon." Beyoncé said.

"Yeah I know Trey is with him." Kelly said while trying to wake-up the babies. 

"Bey, they won't wake-up." Kelly said pouting.

"What do you want me to do? Let them sleep. Now you can tell me how the proposal went." she said.

"O.K. Well we were walking on the board walk and wanted to get some food. So Trey suggested that we eat outside. I was like ok, whatever. I didn't notice it until then but he had been acting weird that whole day, but anyway he started to look sick so I said we should go back to the hotel and he said no and told me to look up"

"Look up? What does that have to do with anything?" Beyoncé interrupted.

"Can I finish my story?" Kelly asked.

"Oh my bad. Keep going." Beyoncé said.

"Well he told me to look up and I was like what and he said just do it so I did and there was this plane and it spelled out Will You Marry Me Kelly." Kelly said.

"Really! See my brother got style." Beyoncé said laughing.

"Yeah he really does." Kelly said showing her the ring. 

"Damn! That's nice." Beyoncé said laughing.

As Beyoncé and Kelly were laughing the twins began to wake-up. 

"See I knew they would wake-up. They felt my presence." Kelly said.

"No, they heard your loud ass laughing they felt their daddys presence." Shawn said.

They looked and saw Shawn and Trey standing there.

"No one asked you." Kelly said getting one of the twins out of the car seats.

"Yeah, whatever. Where's E? I know school is over." Shawn said as he and Trey sat on the couch.

"She's asleep." Kelly said.

"I knew it. Told you." Shawn said to Trey.

"Told him what?" Beyoncé asked holding one of the twins.

"I told him if E was sleep when I got back that I knew Kelly beat her ass." Shawn said laughing.

"Well did you?" Trey asked Kelly.

"Damn skippy." Kelly said.

"We took her to see her mother today." Beyoncé said.

"And what happened?" Shawn asked.

"Her mother told her some things she needed to hear and come to find out Dre knew nothing about her not going to school." Beyoncé said.

"But she said she's chill's with him." Shawn said.

"Oh she does but later in the day." Kelly said.

"He had no clue she wasn't going to school. He talked to her and hopefully it did something." Beyoncé said.

"Yeah and if it didn't I know Kelly's ass whopping did." Trey said.

"Y'all act like I really hurt the girl. She's fine. Now she has something to think about next time she gets bored in school." Kelly said.
