One Year Later

Things are not exactly perfect but there getting there. Shawn and Beyoncé are raising 1 year old twins while Beyoncé is officially recording her first album with Shawn producing of course. Kelly and Trey are enjoying being newlyweds and Trey is riding the wave of his successful debut album. The song he recorded with Kelly and produced by Shawn was getting Grammy buzz and Kelly was so proud of her baby. Kelly hired and choreographed the dancers for Trey's tour. Emani was doing better but her relationship with Kelly wasn't like it was after the lack of trust. Emani only hopped that their relationship would come back. Emani and her brother Dre talked to the teachers at the school after she kept complaining that she was bored and would finish her work too fast. They put her in AP classes and Emani enjoyed the challenge. The relationship with her mother was so much better and her relationship with Beyoncé blossomed.

"So what you call me over here for?" Emani asked.

Emani was sitting on the couch of Kelly and Trey's house. It was a nice sized house with a pool sitting in L.A.

"I called you here because I don't think we’re here." she said motioning between herself and Emani.

"What do you mean?" Emani asked confused.

"I mean when I call to hang out with you your with Shawn, when I call to invite you over your already at Shawn's. I feel like your avoiding me." Kelly said.

Emani busted out laughing but Kelly wasn't.

"What, you think I like Shawn better or something? What? You jealous or something?" Emani asked.

Kelly just looked at Emani.

"Oh my god, you are." Emani said smiling.

"I mean-"

"Look, it's not that I like Shawn better or something. He's my brother and your my sister and nothing is gonna change that but the fact that I think you still don't trust me is always going to be in my mind." Emani said.

"You think I still don't trust you?" Kelly asked.

"Uh yeah, even though it's been a year I still get that feeling." Emani said shrugging her shoulders.

"So what is it gonna take for you to think I trust you again." Kelly said.

"You really wanna know?" Emani asked smiling.

"Oh god no." Kelly said shaking her head.

"Well since you asked." Emani said. "Doesn't Trey have a show in Vegas this weekend?"

"Oh hell no!" Kelly said.

"Oh come on, it's just for the weekend and you said you trusted me." Emani said.

"I know but-"

"Okay how about this if anything happens, which it won't, I will willing allow you and Beyoncé to punish me." Emani said.

"I don't know." Kelly said shaking her head.

"Now why are we going to Vegas." Shawn asked as he put his and Bey's stuff in the overhead compartment.

"Something about Kelly and Emani's trust." Beyoncé said sitting in the seat.

"I'm only doing this so she will know I fully trust her." Kelly said in the window seat.

"Well that's stupid." Shawn said.

"Say's the person she's with all the time." Kelly said.

"So you are jealous." Shawn said with a smirk.
