BHOR : Her time has risen

Chapter Ten

"Good morning." Raj entered her room, with a tray in hand, as he dropped it on the table beside her and proceeded to open the curtains.

"Trust that your night was splendid?" He said smiling as he sat beside her.

"Was it?"

"Now now young lad, " he said patting her hair, "no more negativity from you. We are going to begin your exercise from today, for the mind, soul and body. And, go for a walk in the woods, where you'll be privileged to see my hunting skills."

"What's in the tray?"

"Green tea, good for the  body, and soup  , prepared by my sister with some very special ingredients. I'll leave you to her to get ready, those, are your clothes over there, the nurse will also give injection, your drug and administer your medicines to you. I'll just wait downstairs until everything is ready  after you have finished everything in this tray." He said as he lifted it up.
She sat up in bed as he put the tray beside her then checked the drip,

"Oneast drop and you're done with it." He said as he took out the cotton wool and antiseptic.

"Isn't the nurse supposed to do this?"

"There's no professional knowledge needed in taking drip out of the body, even a toddler can do it. "

"Ha ha," she said sarcastically. He then smiled,

"Besides, I'm used to it. My father often falls ill, like it's a new habit of his."

"Oh,"

"But it's fine. He takes pride in seeing his son tend to him, while his daughter, well..."

"What does Sonia do?"

"Hunt animals. Right Raj?" Sonia said from the door, smiling with clothes in her hand. Raj just rolled his eyes,
"Raj is just jealous, because he has zero idea about hunting,  and i do."

"Why did you choose to stay in the woods?"

"We dont know what history father has with that demon but this is father's hiding spot, well, until they find the place which, according to him, he says it's soon. Which is why, before they raid the place, you would be ready."

"Why can't you guys try to stop it?"

"Because father says not to do anything."

"That makes no sense, we can do something about it."

"Your father knew that his brother would come for him.  Just that he didnt know how soon it would be. All you have to focus on now is the main mission. Getting rid of him once and for all."
Dawn sighed as she took out the last sip of soup Raj fed her and gulped down the green tea with so much scorn on her face.

"Honey is natural, it wouldn't suck to add it in the tea when next you're giving it to me."

"I'll give that a thought, but I'm sure my answer will remain the same." He said winking at her. "Well I'll leave you two ladies to do your thing but remember we don't have all day." He said beforr shutting the door.

"Now, let's start with a shower. You stink so bad, no offence. " Sonia said as she helped Dawn off the bed.

"Well?" Dawn said as she stood in front of Raj, all dressed up in the leather pants, red top and thigh high boots with her hair held up in a ponytail. Raj lost his voice for the next five seconds.

"Wow," was all he said.

"Just wow? Can we go?" She asked putting her hands on her hips and facing him.
