The two friends hurried up to reach the class before the late bell ringed. Luck was on thier side, They made it to class 5 seconds before the bell rang again. Y/n goes ahead and swings open the door. The teacher notices them and chuckles.
"Stuart and Y/n, yourself so lucky that you too made it before the late bell rang. I wouldn't want you have to write you too up. Especially you, Stuart. You're almost late everyday."
Stuart goes ahead and scratch the back of his neck and look away in embarrassment. Y/n grabbed his arm and led the two to the back of the class, where there was two free desks. They went ahead and sat down. The teacher began to start his lesson. Stuart wasn't really paying attention, he felt so embarrassed (I don't blame him, I would too. Teachers are always ready to say something).
Y/n seemed to notice that wasn't paying attention and used her pencil that she was using to tap the side of Stuart's desk to get attention. It took a while for the h/c girl to get Stuart's attention. 'He must be thinking hard about something...'
As if on cue, Stuart seemed to snap out of his thoughts as looked over to Y/n to see what she wants. He raised his eyebrows at her.
"Are you okay, Stu?" She whispered. He looked around and sighed.
"Yea...it's jus'...I feel like tha' teacher didn't have to add tha' last part when he was talkin' to us...you know?" He whispered back.
Y/n frowned, seeing how upset Stuart was. She began to smile and looked up at Stuart.
"Don't feel bad at all, Stuart. Nobody is perfect. Not even the teacher. He can't even teach properly." Y/n snickered. Stuart began to smile and snickered as well, he had to cover his mouth to hide his laughter, and so did y/n.
The teacher turned around to see who was laughing, but couldn't find the jokesters in the class. He went back to his horrible teaching.
Stuart began to smile and pay attention to the lesson. Y/n knows how to make him feel better, and that's one of the million reasons why he likes her.
