I sit down on the toilet trying to breathe. I've never been this hesitant before but my mind was racing yet with no thoughts at all. Is having a witness whats messing me up? It messes up my zone. I can't block everything out when he's blabbing away.

Looking at the plunger, I think about what could happen next. As much as David deserved a slow and painful death I don't think I could go through with it. It contradicts the reason I do this for. To not be like him.

Russell rushes in "Hey I think he pissed himself so get some nose plugs while you're at it"

"I'm not doing this"

"Why do we always have to do things your way?"

"Russell you are ruining everything. You didn't have to join me"

"I've saved your life more than a couple times ok I think I've earned my say here!"

"It's pointless! Torturing him. When we are just going to kill him anyways. You think its going to make him regret what he did? No! He is an unfeeling monster.."

"It's not for him!"

My stern facial structures soften as his anger turned into defeat holding on to the door frame.

"I haven't gotten revenge on what that asshole did to my friend ok. I need this."

He had this same expression when he pleaded with me on what to do with Enrico..

"Look. This is not the answer to your problems" It's not even the answer to mine..

He falls down on the floor. Full blown crying.

"What have I done? What am I doing?"

And suddenly he echoed the exact emotions I had been searching for.

"Someone hurt my sister to." I said, smearing tears against the back of my hand.

"I've been trying to get rid of that anger since." but I'm realizing that I never can..

Russell looked at me quickly. Maybe because it's the first time I was not yelling at him.

"So whats next?"

"ALEXA. CALL 911"

Oh Shit

We scramble down the stairs back to the living room, His mouth tie is off and I see a glow coming from under the table.

I head to the kitchen to grab a pan.

"4512 Pleasant St!" He yells just before I hit him over the head and knock him out.

"Damnet!" Russell yells punching the wall

"I didn't even see that" I panic, bending over.

"Of course not!" He yells at me. It was dark but it should have been the first thing we searched for "How long have you been doing this?"

I've been so cut off from the world I don't even use an electronic partner.

"You need to go." I say pushing him in the direction of the door.

"No, we need to go. Right?" He begs grabbing my hand but he already knows..

"No. I need to finish this. Okay. Now go. And this time, I mean it. Don't look back"

I push him out to the door step before he can even put his hat on. He's covered in rain within seconds so I can't tell if he's crying or not.. Who am I kidding?..

And before he can leave, I give him a nod to go. My last order. "It's okay.."

He breaks our stare and heads to the car as multiple growing sirens play near. Quickly rushing back to an unconscious David, there's no time to get bloody. Tying a bag around his head seems like a proper burial for this guy. I drag his body to a closet so he has more time to die and walk slowly back to the middle of the room and kneel.

"HANDS ON YOUR HEAD"

Good bye Athena.
