After what you had heard, you practically had to threaten Lefou Deux's life in order to ensure that he wouldn't tell anyone. The one thing he asked in return for his silence is for you to set him up with someone, which you definitely didn't plan on doing.
That evening, you were hanging out with Ginny and Anthony at Rickety Bridge. You were unsure of what to do with what you found out about Anthony. Unaware of whether you could trust him or not, you decided to try and slyly get a confession out of him.

"So you never told us what happened during your interview at lunch." You said, picking up a rock and throwing it into the water.

"It was boring," he said.

"Did you find out who it was?" You asked.

"No. I'm pretty sure it was Yzla though."

"Why's that?"

"She found the body," he shrugged, "and she didn't have a 'solid alibi' or something."

"I still don't get why you were a suspect," you told him, "why was that again?"

"I was supposedly one of the last to see him alive."

"Where-"

"Stop asking so many questions," he interrupted you, "it's annoying."

"Just trying to make conversation." You held your hands up defensively. There was an awkward moment of silence before Ginny spoke up.

"Have you guys filled in the Auradon applications yet?"

"No way." You told her. "I think we should just refuse to do it, right?" You looked at Ginny, then at Anthony who furrowed his eyebrows and looked you up and down suspiciously. "Anyway, what time is it?" You asked. Anthony looked at his watch.

"Nine fourty one." He told you.

"I'm gonna head off." You announced.

"So early? Boring." Ginny wrinkled her nose.

"I'm going to the marketplace to see Harry," you explained, "he said that him and Gil are usually hanging out there terrorising people around now."

"You better score if you're gonna ditch us for him." Ginny told you.

"Of course." You said before heading off. You then found Harry and Gil at the marketplace and joined the two of them in mugging passers by. You had never really talked to Gil all that much, but after hanging out with him for a while you soon understood why Harry was such good friends with him. He was definitely entertaining and much better company than his older brothers. One or two hours went by and the three of you decided to go feed the crocodiles.

"Go on and fight them," Harry told Gil as he tossed a chunk of meat in with the crocodiles, "they haven't had a good scrap in ages."

"Okay!" Gil grinned and went to jump in the water, but Harry put an arm out to stop him.

"Wait till they're done eating, remember?" Harry reminded him, to which Gil nodded and stepped back.

"What happens if you go in while they're eating?" You questioned.

"It's really dangerous." Gil informed you.

"So's wrestling a crocodile in any form." You countered.

"They're done, go on." Harry lowered his arm, allowing Gil to leap into the water. "They could mistake him for their food." He explained to you before changing the subject. "I heard about the Auradon applications at your school." Harry leaned his arm on you as you both watched Gil with the crocodiles. "Harriet brought one home, said you all had to fill it in."
