The next few days Alex and I would accompany Edward and Oswald to events. We went to parades, feed the homeless, and gave a new school to the Saint Andrew's Academy. I would notice the annoyed looks Butch and Alex would give to Edward, but I simply ignored them.
Today we will be going a ceremony in honor of Oswald's mother, he had a statue of her made. 

"My mother was the daughter of immigrants. A humble cook. We did not have much, but when she was by my side, I felt loved. Protected. As promised, I have rid Gotham of its villainous monsters. With my mother as my witness, I vow to you from this day forward, every man, woman and child in our great city will be safe!"

We all applauded, but the applause was soon over when some men in red mask started shooting. Right away we all crouched down, I felt Edward's arms around me, pusin me behind him.

"No one safe. Not from us.", one of the red hooded men said.

As we get farther away from the red hooded men, Alex and Butch have their guns up. 

"Drop it."
The men point their guns at them. I got worried, not wanting Alex to get hurt.

"I said drop it.", they said when they didn't lower their guns.

That time the two did listen.
The group of red hooded men then start shooting at the statue, one of the men uses a hammer to knock its head off. Leaving everyone shocked.
Oswald gets furious.

"You will pay for this! Dearly!", 

"Now, now, Mr. Mayor. Don't go losing your head."

They throw a smoke bomb at us.

"Have a nice day."

Now that finding the red hood gang was priority number one, Oswald made a meeting with all the gangs and Edward was liaison on the investigation. 
I was on my way to go with Edward, when Alex stops me.

"Where are you going?"

"With Edward, to the GCPD, to help with the investigation."

"Um, yeah, no."

"What do you mean no? That's not really your decision to make."

"Look, I'm trying to play nice with the dude and all, but the GCPD doesn't really like him, rightfully so. So it would be best of you don't go, they wouldn't really be alright with you being with him."

"Okay, and?"

"And I said you're not going, so it's final."

She pushes me into a room and locks the door.

"What the hell?!"

"I'll let you out after the meeting is done!"

"Alex! Alex you can't lock me in here! Alex!" 

I knock on the door and try the to turn the door knob, but it's no use. I look around the room to try find something to get out.

"I should choose better sisters." That's it.

I find a phone and call Queen.

"Who kidnapped you now?"

"No one! Alex locked me in a room."

"Why did she lock you in a room? Can you just come and get me out."

"I'll be there in soon."

I sit there waiting until I hear some jingling from the doorknob, then the door opens with Queen on the other side. 

"Your savior has come."

"Thank you." I go outside for some air.

"So, what happened?"
