He finally looks at me ,his fountain pen still in hand, brown files scattered on the office table.
"It's past 30minutes isn't it?"He asked.
"It's been 2hours"I scowled.
It was as if he was in his own world everytime he was in his 'work mode' .
"Honey , I'm sorry , I know I said I wouldn't work ( I rolled my eyes) ..hey hey , I'm sorry"He raised his hands in surrender.
"I'm going to bed and you're joining me , it's 11pm"I moved away from the door frame to his side , slyly sitting on the office table .He grinned.
"You win , off to bed"He held me up so effortlessly.
The office phone rings and I shoot him a questioning glare.
"I was expecting that , Kay , I have to answer this , it's going to help verify some files I sent an hour ago"He sighed , I stepped down from him .
"Alright alright...I should have seen this coming when I chose a business tycoon for a boyfriend.."I mumbled , striding to the bedroom.
"I heard that Kay!"A soft laugh escapes his lips before he picks up the call.
I move to the closet to get a pair of black socks from the duffel bag I brought with me for the weekend. I stared at my huge pyjamas shorts and cringed.

I told you to think twice about those shorts.

I opted for one of Caesar's shirt instead , a clean red short sleeved shirt and fell into the comfy bed. Feeling something poke me on the side, I slightly lifted myself up and noticed a black envelope with the initials "C.B " on it , I smiled , eagerly opening it and unfolding the piece of paper I found in it.

If you let me , I'll give you the world Kay ,I want to... for now, I'll just start with a proper date , the kind you deserve.
You and me . Tomorrow.
I got you a gown , reminded me of you : beautiful , classy , mine..

My smile grew wider , of course we hadn't really been on a proper date since we started the relationship , something always came up . I rapidly searched the room for the dress, the door opened.

"Looking for this?"He smirked , a gold box in his hands .
I excitedly snatched it from him, he stared at me in amusement as I knelt down close to the bed to open the box.
I gawked at the expensive fabric of the dress before me ,it was certainly everything and more of what Caesar said it was..

Well except the 'you being his' part..
Right.

I glanced at him ,a silly grin on my face , I giddyly jumped up to hug him.

"Oh Leo ,this is beautiful! , It's.. it's..."
"It's nothing compared to what you deserve Kayla"He whispered in my braids.
"Mmmhm.."I giggled when he noisily sniffed on the shirt I had on.
"You smell like me "
"That's because I've got your shirt on baby"I cupped his face for a kiss.
"You're so beautiful "His fingers snaked over my face. I suddenly felt flustered.
"And you're everything I dreamt of "I managed to say. I could swear I saw his eyes light up.
"Don't say such things sweetheart"His dimples showed brightly.
"Why not?"I loosely held him by the waist.
"Such confessions simply make it more difficult for me not to make love to you"He said as a matter- of - fact.
"Well you don't help by walking in on me with your sweatpants dangerously low and totally leaving me restle..."
"Wait , You were watching me ?"He couldn't hide the amusement in his eyes.
"No!..I ...er.."I stammered as he sheepishly grinned.
"Arghhh , that's it , Goodnight"I swiftly moved on the bed and shielded myself with the cover blankets.
" I'm only going to touch you if you let me , okay?"He was next to me now , I nodded .
"I just hope you don't leave after more days pass by and you get tired of wait.."
"Sex isn't the reason why I'm in love with you Aniya ,I'm going to respect your decision , we're going to do this the right way ...close these pretty eyes "
I did as he said , with a smile on my face.
"You're amazing "
"Kayla.."He warned ,his eyes now closed
"Fine fine , no more confessions , goodnight love"
