Desmond's POV
Leonardo goes back to his office while Ezio and I walk outside.
As the door of the Auditore villa opens, warm Italian air hits my face, and I grin.
"Welcome to Italy! This building here is in Monteriggioni. It's my uncle Mario's villa. I was heading back to Venezia when you showed up," Ezio says.
"Ah. We should go to Venice..." I reply.
"We leave tomorrow morning."
Ezio and I walk down the stairs in front of the villa to the garden below.
"It's really pretty here..." I mutter. Ezio grins.
"I know. I love it here, but I want my mother and sister to go to Spain. It's not safe here." His face turns serious, and I look at him with confusion.
"Why aren't they safe?"
Ezio sighs and brushes his hand against a flower that dangles over the stone path.
"Cesare Borgia. I want him dead, and I need him dead. He's causing trouble and the assassins need him eliminated."
I sigh and look at Ezio, a grin on my face.
"It would be an honour to help you kill Cesare Borgia."
A/N: I apologize for not updating in a while. I've been busy with school work and piano and all that stuff. I'm going to try and update more. Thanks for understanding!
