xiaojun's concerned exclamation sounded, alerting the other members that were around. kun looked back from talking to sicheng and his eyes widened at the sight of yingyue on the ground.

the group was right outside the dorm, wanting to get fresh air and walked around the community. xiaojun and yingyue were playing and running which resulted in the latter falling and scraping her knees on the cement.

"are you okay?" kun asked as he rushed over.

he helped her up and kneeled down to examine her wounds.

"it just stings a little.." she murmured, looking at her hands.

hendery moved beside her and followed her gaze with a frown. "we should go back and clean her up. her hands are scratched too."

"hop on, yinnie!" said lucas as he bent his knees and faced his back towards her.

a childish grin appeared on yingyue's lips and she carefully climbed on.

yangyang, who walked beside them on their way up, asked, "how's the weather up there? you're finally taller than us!"

"it's a little cold," she joked.

ten linked their pinkies together as he strolled alongside, being careful of the fresh wounds.

in the dorm, they flipped the lights on and kun instructed lucas to take her into the bathroom.

"this is your stop, princess," lucas played, gently letting her down.

following along, yingyue feigned a curtsy and thanked him before kun took his place, holding a first aid kit. he put it on the side and lifted yingyue up onto the counter by her waist.

"ow!" she whined as kun patted her knees with an alcohol wipe.

"i know, i know, you big baby," he snickered. "it hurts but we don't want it getting infected, right?"

"..right."

yingyue let out a huff and gazed around, pausing on two boys standing in the bathroom doorway. yangyang and hendery were there, pushing each other to be in her view.
