[Lucy's PoV]

I just looked at myself boredly at the mirror as Yukino fixed my hair.

"Remind me again, why I have to do this?" I told Yukino. She just smiled at me and went to fix the other side of my hair.

"Because... Sting asked you on a date?" she said innocently.

"It's not a date! Just a hangout!" I defensed myself as I crossed my arms.

"If you say so, Luce." she giggled. Ugh. Damn it, Yukino! It's not a frea--

"What did you just call me, Yukino?"

"Luce, why? It's a new nickname for you. Since you don't want me calling you with honorifics, I decided to give you a nickname." she said as she smiled. A sincere and genuine smile.

"P-Please don't call me that."

"Huh? Why not?"

"It's... It just doesn't suit me. It sounds like a boy's name." I lied. Well, not really. It actually sounds like a boy's name.

"But... it's cute." she pouted.

"Just... don't. Alright?"

"Hmph! Fine!" she pouted and crossed her arms then looked away. Fvck. Guilty effects...

"Tsk! Fine! But only call me that when... it's just the two of us, 'kay?" You ask why? Because I don't want other people calling me that or hearing that nickname.

I tapped my watch as I waited in the restaurant. What's taking her so long? Tsk! Girls...

"I just needed to talk to you."
"Eh? About what?"
"Let's go out tomorrow."
"W-What? What do you mean?"
"Tomorrow night at 8 Pm in Summer's. See ya' there!" then I left with a huge smile on my face.

"O... kay. Did I miss anything? What's with the face?" I snapped back to reality upon hearing Lucy's voice. Then that's when I realized, I was smiling like a damn idiot. Pfft!

"Nothing. Just seat down." I yelled. My face red.

"Okay, Mr. Gentleman." she mocked but sat down anyway.

We took our orders and as we waited, I took the opportunity to hold her soft hands.

"You look pretty tonight." I saw her blush at my remark. I actually wanted to vommit at what I said. But I HAVE to do this.

"T-Thanks. But you're still the same cocky bastard tonight." she smirked. Damn! Control yourself, Sting!

"I'll take that as a compliment. This date is too perfect to be ruined." I smiled at her. Ugh. Damn this!

"Perfect your ass, lightbulb. There's no such thing as perfect." I seriously want to punch her.

"But you are." I winked. Ew.

"Then that makes me non-existant."

"Damn, Lucy! Just go with the flow and pretend we're really dating, will you?" I lost it.

"So you want me to act then? Well, lightbulb, it's your lucky day. But tell me first, why?"

I sighed heavily and groaned. Ugh. "There's a girl on the table 2 tables away from us and is watching us. AND she's one of those crazy fangirls of mine. So I need you to act like my girlfriend." I said.

"Wow, lightbulb. I never knew you had a fangirl. She's probably the only one, huh? And anyways, I AM NOT A TOOL FOR YOU TO USE. But since it's your lucky day, I'll let it pass." she smiled... bitterly. And there in her eyes I saw pain.

"You look pretty tonight." I blushed at his remark. Weird. Is he sick or something?

"T-Thanks. But you're still the same cocky bastard tonight." I smirked. If I were an ordinary girl, I would probably return his-ugh-sweetness. But I'm not. So, TAKE THAT, STINGY!

"I'll take that as a compliment. This date is too perfect to be ruined." he smiled. Like hell this is anything close to perfection. Ewww.

"Perfect your ass, lightbulb. There's no such thing as perfect." I said smirking.

"But you are." He winked. Ewwwww.

"Then that makes me non-existant." I shruggged my shoulderes as I said that.

"Damn, Lucy! Just go with the flow and pretend we're really dating, will you?" Now he lost it. I knew he was just forcing himself to go sweety-sweet. But somehow I feel... disappointed.. Stop it, Lucy.

"So you want me to act then? Well, lightbulb, it's your lucky day. But tell me first, why?"

He sighed heavily and groaned. "There's a girl on the table 2 tables away from us and is watching us. AND she's one of those crazy fangirls of mine. So I need you to act like my girlfriend." he said. I immediately got pissed.

"Wow, lightbulb. I never knew you had a fangirl. She's probably the only one, huh? And anyways, I AM NOT A TOOL FOR YOU TO USE. But since it's your lucky day, I'll let it pass." I smiled. And I think that was bitter. I'm hurt. I'm used... again.

I guess... that's my purpose, huh?

...

After the dinner, he invited me to walk in the park. And from leaving the restaurant to walking in the park, I know his supposed fangirl is following us.

Earlier in the restaurant, I secretely glanced at his fangirl but she was wearing a cap, shades and a scarf. That covers most of her face.

Anyways, we just walked in silence together. Not until he spoke...

"I'm sorry." I looked at him, confused.

He must have read my confused face so he spoke again, "About earlier."

Oh.. I just smiled at him and lowered my head as we kept walking.

"You know... that fangirl isn't the only reason."

I snapped my head to look at him. I tilted my head in confusion and frowned.

"Nevermind." he shook his head with his eyes closed and a smile on his face. Weird guy..

"Hey Lucy..." I looked at him as he called my name.

"Thanks."

"For?"

"For entering my life. You don't know how much you changed me."

I don't know why but I suddenly became quiet.

"Lucy.."

"Hmm?"

"Please don't let this be our last date."

"W-What?"

"I said I like you."

"S-Sting! What are you saying?"

"You're strong. Nice and caring. As a friend, I really like you."

Disappointment. Fvck! Shut it, Heart!

"O-Oh.."

"But I re..lly... actu...y... like... ou" he mumbled really very lowly that made it difficult for me to understand.
