I Promise

It was the next morning. Tae finally got a decent amount of sleep, knowing that Jungkook had finally woken up from his coma. He woke up to see Jungkook looking at him.

"I know I'm your boyfriend but why are you starring at me as I sleep?" Tae chuckled at him.
"you're very handsome and I haven't been able to look at you for the last few days, so I'm making up for it" He giggled, happy he could finally talk.
"Fine, I'm all yours anyway so you can look at me as much as you want" Tae smirked.

They both smiled at each other. A few minutes later they heard shuffling to the side of them. They looked over and saw all the boys waking up out of their deep slumber. Yoongi is the first to stand up. His eyes still adjusting walked over to Tae and rubbed Tae's head, still not realising Jungkook was awake.

"Hey Tae, how are you feeling?" He said calmly.
"I'm doing alright."
"You look better, you've got more colour in your face! How's Jungkook?" He asked completely oblivious.
"Why don't you ask him yourself...." Tae laughed at the sleepy male.

"Huh - WAIT JUNGKOOK YOU'RE AWAKE" He screamed in happiness.
All the others jumped up and ran over.
"JUNGKOOK-AH YOU'RE AWAKE!" Jimin squealed.
"Ah we've been so worried about you" Namjoon exclaimed.
"You gave a fright to us all" Hoseok added.
"We are so happy you're okay!" Jin smiled.

After all the comments they made about the younger, Jungkook brought his and Tae's hand which he was holding to his face in embarrassment.
"Awe you're so cute" Tae laughed seeing how flustered he was.

They all smiled at the boy who was laying on the hospital bed.
The Doctor then came in and walked over to the boys.

"Good morning everyone, Jungkook how are you feeling?" He said looking at his patient.
"A lot better today" Jungkook grinned.
"That's good, now I've spoken to Tae about everything, in what we have found after running tests and so on. So I think you'll find it more comfortable him telling you. Your bruises are healing quickly which is a good sign. However due to some of the things we've found, we will need you to come back in a couple of weeks or months. It's nothing to be scared about, but we will just need to do a check up."

"The school said that you and Tae are allowed to have the day off tomorrow if you want to, but if you feel fine you can go back in. Jungkook you need to be careful, whoever did this will probably keep hurting you. But I know all these young men will keep you safe. If you get dressed, you can be discharged when you're ready." The Doctor smiled, he bowed, everyone said thank you and left.

"Guys, I need to talk to Jungkook alone. You can drive to my house and get snacks on the way and we can hang out" Tae suggested.
Everyone agreed. They took everything other than the bag with clean clothes they bought for Jungkook and waved before leaving.

"Jungkook you have to listen to me, we are going to get through this together, I promise!" Tae started.
Jungkook just nodded.

"When you came to the hospital and we were allowed to see you, the Doctor came in asking for the person closest to you to go with him, so I went. We sat down and he discussed everything he found out. Firstly he said that where you had been kicked it had an affect on your stomach but no major injuries. He said it might hurt ever so often but they've prescribed medication for you to take in the morning and at night to take. Next he said about your cuts on your hands from a few night ago. They've treated them for you. But he picked on one last thing..." Tae took a breath.

"Jungkook you are becoming anorexic, they said they aren't diagnosing you just yet but if you carry on the way you are they'll have to diagnose you. He also told me about your mental health."

"But please don't worry I'm not leaving you. I'm going to help you every step of the way. Please let me help you and don't push me away. Don't hide anything from me. Don't think your burdening me or think that you shouldn't tell me because I'll worry. If anyone hurts you , tell me. If you're feeling sad , tell me. I'm always going to help you, I want you to be happy" Tae wanted to get everything out before he looked at Jungkook's reaction, tears were rolling down Tae's face. He then looked up to see Jungkook.

As Jungkook was listening, he was shocked. When he mentioned the anorexia he was startled but wasn't surprised. However when Tae said that he won't leave him, he started crying. He could see that Tae meant every word, and it was heart breaking for Jungkook to watch.

The two boys locked eyes, both faces had tears rolling down them, Tae stood up and sat on Jungkook's bed, and they faced each other. Their eyes never leaving each other's. Tae brought up his hands and wiped Jungkook's face and Jungkook placed his hands on Tae's face and wiped his tears. Tae looked at Jungkook's soft plump lips, he leaned in and placed his lips on Jungkook's. Jungkook was startled as this was his first ever kiss but soon melted into it. It showed them how much they meant to each other.

They both pulled away from the kiss and smiled. Tae placed their foreheads together.
"I love you baby!"
"I love you too Taetae"
They pulled back, "Taetae that's a new one" He laughed.

"Well you calling me baby was different so I thought of a nickname for you" He giggled.
"Come on let's get you dressed, and home so you can rest and get to know the others more"
Jungkook nodded and smiled. Tae grabbed the bag off the table as Jungkook shuffled to the end of the bed. 

Jungkook was is a hospital dress, so Tae went behind Jungkook and untied the bow to help take it off.
"Do you want me to help you or do you want to get dressed alone?"

"Can you help me pwease" Jungkook said in a cute voice.
"Of course bunny"
Tae pulled down the top half of the dress. Jungkook was topless. Tae hadn't really seen Jungkook topless before. He looked at Jungkook's stomach and saw a massive bruise, and many little ones around it. Tae lightly touched his bruise, Jungkook touched his hand, they locked eyes.

"I'm sorry baby, you didn't deserve getting hurt"
"Don't worry Taetae it's not your fault" Jungkook said lovingly, caressing his thumb on Tae's hand.

Tae also saw that you could distinctively see Jungkook's ribs. There was no fat on him at all. Tae felt sad that Jungkook was purposely starving himself. He then realised that he was staring for too long, so he quickly said

"Arms up baby" Jungkook did as he was told and Tae put a white shirt over his head and arms.
"Don't put them down yet, we got you a jumper as well"
Tae grabbed a black over sized hoodie and put it on him. Jungkook placed his arms down and sniffed the hoodie and smiled.
"Hehe it smells of you" Tae looked at him and smiled.

"hm the others stopped off at our house and got clean clothes. They got your top and joggers, but Jimin made sure to get one of my hoodies that would be big on you, to keep you warm and comfortable"
"Awe that's nice of them"

"Yes see they do love you, just wait till later they will be wanting to play with you non stop" Tae chuckled as he knows exactly what his friends are like.
"Right let's put your joggers on." Tae said.
Tae let Jungkook take the rest of the hospital dress off. Jungkook was sitting there with his boxers on and the over sized jumper just covering them. Tae held on the joggers as Jungkook stepped into them. Finally they were done, Tae ruffled Jungkook's hair. He then grabbed his phone, keys and wallet and entwined his and Jungkook's hands. They walked out together, they passed the Doctor on the way out.

"Thank you so much Doctor!" Tae smiled.
"No problem kid, you too look after yourselves and I'll see you in a few weeks time"
Both boys bowed and walked off. They made it to the car which Jin had left him and buckled up their seat belts.
"Right let's go to the others and have some fun" Tae said before driving off back to his house.

I'm kinda liking this, just saying this isn't the end I'm not sure how many chapters I'm going to do! But this is no where near the end 😂✌️
