The case

It's was roughly 4am, the boys didn't have to be up for another 5 hours. They were all sleeping peacefully until Jungkook started screaming on the top of his lungs. Everyone woke up and looked at Jungkook. He sat there rocking back and forth, he was sobbing sweating and out of breath. Tae sat up and wrapped his arms around Jungkook's waist back hugging him.

Everyone else just watched as they weren't really sure what to do or say. However Seokjin stood up and walked to the bathroom. He looked in the cupboards and found a flannel. He ran it under cold water and squeezed some of the water out. He walked back and knelt in front on the scared boy. Seokjin lifted Jungkook's hair out of his face and started dabbing his forehead to cool him down.

"Koo do you want to talk about it?" Tae said in a deep voice.
"I-I remembered everything that h-happened, and I thought I was trapped again" Jungkook sobbed. Seokjin had finished so Tae pulled Jungkook back, he let Jungkook snuggle down and he placed his arm around him.

"Don't worry koo, you're safe now. I won't let anyone hurt you" Tae said trying to sooth the younger.
"Yeh kook you have us as well, we are always here for you" Yoongi added.
"I-I'm nervous for the t-trial..." Jungkook admitted.

"That's okay, everyone there will understand and they can't force you to speak. You just need to tell them as much as you can. They will have eye witnesses. It will be okay baby."

Jungkook is very grateful to have such a caring boyfriend and loving friends. Although he was afraid they still manage to pick him up off his feet and carry on.
Jungkook sniffled and wrapped himself around Tae. Everyone got back into their comfortable positions and they all drifted off to sleep. 

It was now 9am Hoseok's alarm had just started ringing. Groans escaped some mouths as they shuffled around, knowing they had to get up.
"Good morning" Namjoon said as he started standing up stretching his arms.
"Morning" Jimin yawned.

Everyone was able to get up in just under 10 minutes. Tae ran upstairs to get the box with spare clothes. He brought them down and put the box on the table.
"Here these are smart enough, they have your names tags in them" Tae smiled.
"Yah this kid is really well prepared" Seokjin commented.
"Thanks Hyung"

Tae walked to the kitchen to see his boyfriend drinking a glass of water.
"Morning bun" Tae said kissing Jungkook's forehead. Jungkook placed the glass down and pouted. Tae just laughed, knowing why he was pouting. Tae then cupped Jungkook's cheeks and placed his lips onto the younger's. They pulled away smiling goofily at each other.

"How are you feeling koo?" Tae said wanting to check.
"Hm I'm okay, I'm still a bit nervous, but like you said they have evidence so it should be okay"
"Well done baby, I'm proud of you"
Jungkook flushed at the nickname and giggled.

"Right I'll make breakfast, for these uglies" Tae got out a pan and started making a load of pancake mixture. Jungkook just stood there watching him. Tae noticed and walked over to him, he picked Jungkook up and put him on the counter, he then proceeded to kiss Jungkook's nose and then returned to making the pancakes.

"Guys, breakfast is ready" Tae called.
Everyone came running in sitting down at the table, Tae placed the stack of pancakes in the middle of the table and watched as all the boys dug into them. They all laughed around the table as they ate breakfast. Once everyone was done, Yoongi and Jimin offered to tidy up as they were already washed and dressed.

Everyone else got into their clothes and got ready. They all managed to be out the door at 9:45. Giving them 15 minutes to get a bus to the Court house. They got on the bus and managed to get there with 5 minutes to spare. They saw a few people outside, they then walked indoors to see a group of people. They were greeted by Hanbin and a few of his friends, a few police men, the two paramedics, the Doctor, the coach who came to support the boys and a few other random people.

Somebody opened the double door signaling for them all to come in. Jungkook laced his hand with Tae's and Tae squeezed his hand for reassurance. As they walked in they saw at the front was where the judge was to sit, there was a podium on the left and one of the right slightly to the side of the judge and then there were rows of seats. The boys decided to sit all on the same row, with the coach sitting with them as well. All the other spaces filled quickly as well. All was let were the offenders and the judge. Doors were opened and someone shouted...
"All rise"

Everyone stood up as the judge walked down the aisle making his way to his seat. As he sat down everyone else sat down.
"Bring them in" the Judge's voice echoed through the room. The sound of the door opened and shuffling was then heard.
"We are here today for the case of Jeon Jungkook who was nearly murdered by three offenders at school which took place yesterday! I would like the main offender to come up to the podium." The Judge demanded. Jungkook squirmed a bit in his seat.

Everyone saw the boy, wearing a mask over his face, as he wanted to keep it private, walk up handcuffed with a police officer closely behind him.
"Right first of all I would like the victim, Jeon Jungkook to come on the other podium" Jungkook slowly stood up. He looked down at Tae, Tae just nodded and gave him a reassuring smile. He walked through and shakily walked up the stairs to the podium.
"Let's get started shall we"
