"Jeon Jungkook, am I correct in saying that this man physically attacked you..." the Judge said looking sternly at Jungkook.
"Y-yes s-sir." Jungkook moved his head down looking at his feet in discomfort.
"Jungkook, do you mind telling me what happened, tell me as much as you can" The judge said gently trying not to scare the boy.

"W-well I needed the toilet s-so I left to go to the r-restroom and as I washed my hands someone hit me on the back of my head. I then w-woke up tied to the wall. The b-boys were laughing and s-suggested to go l-live. After that h-he came up to me a-and..." Jungkook was doing fine until all the memories of him screaming and crying in pain came flooding back. He paused in his speech as tears fell down his face.

"S-sorry sir..." Jungkook sobbed as he tried wiping his tears.
"Don't worry Mr Jeon take your time" The Judge said feeling sympathy for him. Jungkook gazed his eyes over at Tae, Tae had a worried expression painted on his face, which then quickly turned into a smile. Tae put his thumbs up and Jungkook just nodded.

He pulled all his courage he had together and carried on.
"and he started to rip my shirt off, but as he was doing it....he c-cut my b-body." The Judge looked rather shocked.
"He then proceeded to b-bite my c-chest 20 times, a-after that he decided to cut my chest over and over again. Once he had finished they untied me from the wall, to then tie me together again and proceeded to t-throw me in the pool, that when the police came." Jungkook finished, as tears fell down his cheeks but he stayed strong, trying not to stutter as he was explaining.

"Doctor can you now put the photographic evidence on the screen." Every body gazed their eyes beyond the Judge to see the photos. Pictures were presented on the screen which were photos of Jungkook's chest.

"Jeon Jungkook you may go sit down now" the Judge says, shuffling his papers. Jungkook nodded and walked down the aisle. As he sat down, Tae entwined their hands together, he then brought Jungkook's hand up to his lips and gave it a quick kiss. Saying Tae was proud is an understatement. He was so proud of Jungkook. Jungkook started to relax back into his seat now most of his part was now over.

"Next we'll have Kim Taehyung" The Judge called.
Tae squeezed Jungkook's hand before letting go as he stood up. He walked up the stairs and stood there. He glanced over at the offender, and saw that he was watching him.

"Tae what is your relationship with Mr Jeon?" The Judge started.
"He's my boyfriend sir." He said calmly.
"Have you witnessed Mr Jeon being bullied before or seen any injuries from being bullied? If so, what?" The Judge then demanded.

"Yes sir I have. Jungkook has been called many names and had rude comments been said about him. He's also suffered from physical harm as well. A few weeks ago Jungkook had been beaten up, he then came to the canteen crying but ended up running away. He then made it to the toilet, I chased after him and I head him throw up, the then passed out and ended up being in a coma for a couple of days." As Tae said that a scoff was made from the offender.

"Care to share your thoughts sir" The Judge said sternly.
"Hah I was the one who made him pass out as well." He knew they were going to find out anyway so at this point he didn't care.
"Why did you do what you did?" The Judge questioned.

"Because I'm fucking in love with Kim Taehyung. Before Mr perfect came along, I actually was able to have a chance with Tae, I was going to ask him out until I saw Jungkook and Tae walking together in the corridor. Jungkook doesn't deserve Tae, he's an annoying little brat who is just using Tae. He's a waste of space. He should go fucking jump off a mountain, get hit by a bus..."

"That's enough" the Judge called but the offender kept going.
"I don't care he just doesn't deserve MY Tae. He's worthless. Go kill yourself Jeon Jungkook, no one will care..."
"I SAID THATS ENOUGH!" The Judge screamed, making everyone flinch. Jungkook needed some air. He stood up and quickly ran out the room in tears. He ran straight to the bathroom. He got to the sink and looked at himself in the mirror.

"...maybe I should just die...."

"Don't you ever say that again to yourself, ever again" A deep voice came from Jungkook's side. He quickly turned around recognizing the voice. He stood there staring at the elder, as tears fell down his cheeks. Tae walked closer to him and opened his arms out for Jungkook to hug him. The younger didn't think twice about hugging him. He ran straight into Tae's arms and held on for dear life. He cried into Tae's chest. "Am I really that worthless..." Jungkook sobbed head dug into the elder.

"Jungkook of course your not...Koo you're my absolute everything. You need to block him out, don't listen to that man. I know you're not using me. Baby I love you, I don't want to lose you" Tae said hugging Jungkook tighter.
"Taetae I would never use you, I love you too, I don't want to lose you either" The two stayed like that for a while.

"We should head back, they might be nearly finished now." Tae said parting from Jungkook. He looked down at the younger, he placed his hand on Jungkook's face wiping his tears. He then put his lips onto Jungkook's, they moved in sync and it was if all their pain left. They then decided to pull away as they needed to be in the room.

Tae took Jungkook by the hand and they walked back. They walked through the door and headed back to their seats. At this point the Doctor was being asked a few questions and there were a few more images. Time went by and everyone had finally been questioned.

"Right, after today's trial, I have decided that he main offender will be put into prison for 12 years for attempted murder of Jeon Jungkook, he will the face 3 years of community service. The other two will serve 18 months of community service. I have decided he is guilty!"
The Judge shouted smacking his wooden hammer on the table. Jungkook and Tae looked at each other. They stood up and hugged.

"Se can finally not have to worry as much anymore" Tae said happily.
Jungkook smiled at him "I can finally be happy" Jungkook whispered with only Tae hearing. Then all of a sudden Jungkook and Tae felt a few more arms wrap around their bodies. They noticed that the rest of the boys joined in with the hug.
"lets get you home mr" Tae said to Jungkook. Everyone bowed at the Judge as they watched as the offenders got taken a way Tae grabbed Jungkook's hand and made their way back home.
