I just want to write this so you don't get confused in the furniture.
The girlfriends of the turtles/cat is not in the same world or something so there won't be a time where they meet for example if you're Leo's girlfriend then Raph will be with Mona and Donnie will be with April.
Thos also is the same with villains like if your Leo's girlfriend then Karai maybe evil and maybe Slash will be evil and if you're Slash's girlfriend then he's good.
