Chapter Eight

"Do we really have to get Kakarot?" Vegeta groaned.

"Yep! Oh I hope King Kai is listening and he sends dad here," Mae tapped her chin. She figured King Kai would be looking for any reason to get the saiyan to leave.

"Anyway let's go!" Vegeta and Mae led Niko to the special resort Bulma had made. It was far enough from the cities that they didn't have to worry about destroying anything.

Shortly after Goku showed up. "I heard you wanna train!" Goku smirked.

"Yep," Niko smiled. "I wanna train up my new form!" It seemed he failed to hide his excitement.

"You have a new form?!" Goku asked suddenly.

"Yep," Niko replied. "Wanna see?

"Yes!" Goku nearly jumped forward with excitement.

Niko slightly spread his feet apart and closed his eyes. Now that he had fought with the form, he had grown to familiarize himself with the energy. He locked onto his goal of ki and began to increase from Super Saiyan to Super Saiyan Two, and lastly, his great leap to Super Saiyan Four. Niko opened his now golden eyes to Goku, once again looking down at his crimson fur.

Goku smirked. "Woah, now that's interesting. Mae let's team up."

"Fine by me, Niko you cool workin with Vegeta?" Mae grinned.

Niko looked at Vegeta. "I don't mind," he shrugged, then turned to the father daughter saiyan duo. "Besides, I wanna fight Goku!" he grinned. He had heard many stories from his mother, Bulma, and Trunks.

"We are going to beat you, Kakarot!" Vegeta smirked at Niko.

" So which one do you want?" Mae asked as she brought her hands up.

"I think you know," Goku said following suit.

"Alright," Mae grinned. Both she and Goku took off at the same time. As they flew forward they powered up to super saiyan. Mae took on Vegeta leaving Niko for Goku.

Niko remembered bits and pieces from the Goku he had seen when he traveled to the Past. He was excited to take him on. He powered up and created multiple crimson slashes against Goku.

Goku dodged the blasts using instant transmission and kicked Niko into the air before sending him crashing into the ocean below. Niko splashed in but hurriedly blasted out in a swirl of water. He prepared many blasts around him, ready to make his next move. Vegeta was on the defensive side as he eyed the boy.

Mae continued sending multiple punches at Vegeta, who blocked them with ease. "Shall we turn things up?" She smirked powering up to super saiyan blue. Goku sent his own blasts, making Niko's blow up next to him.

Vegeta also powered up to Blue with a matching smirk. Niko powered up and cleared the smoke and excess from the explosions. He flew towards Goku, releasing a barrage of his own punches.

Mae and Vegeta took off into the air. Mae noticed Goku was on the defensive so she kicked Vegeta into Niko sending them both into the water.

Niko shot out along with Vegeta. He wore an annoyed expression, "Vegeta, my hair's gonna get poofy from the water! Watch it!"

Vegeta scoffed. "Learn to dodge!" They both took off towards their opponents own opponents with a sense of determination.

"Together Mae!" Goku yelled powering up to blue. Mae nodded and she flew next to him. Together they attacked Niko and Vegeta. Switching between opponents with ease.

"Hah!" Mae yelled as she kicked Niko to Goku who punched him into Vegeta.

Vegeta barely caught the boy by the shoulders. "Focus!" he scolded with a frown.
