Elementary High - (Part Six)

Adam's POV

"Can someone explain what's going on?" Tim asked.

"Adam was..... hugging..... Cheerio." James puffed. He was still catching his breath.

"No. She forced herself onto me. Trying to get with me." I told them. " She made it look like that to screw up my chances with Y/N.

"Well we have to talk to her. Plus we're all gonna be late." Jaiden said.

"I have a key Y/N gave me. I'll lend it to you Adam. But only so we can get to school." James said handing me the key. They ran off as I entered the house. It was darker than I remembered. I looked for Y/N."

Y/N's POV

I was having an anxiety attack. My mind was all a blur. All I could see is Adam and that idiot. "He lied to me. Nothing mattered. He never liked me. What was the point?"  I drank one of the many beers I grabbed before heading to the balcony in my parents room. "Maybe if I got drunk enough I could jump out and land on the table. It's made out of glass after all. It would kill me."

The feeling of beer burning my throat didn't over power the sobs. Hot tears were running down my face. I looked over the edge again pretty dizzy. I was still thinking about it until, "Y/N!" I heard. It was Adam. He was trying to talk to me.

"Jump now. Your drunk enough." I broke down sobbing before I would do anything. Adam found me and picked me up. He put me in bed and looked tried to dry my tears with tissues.

"Why didn't you just let me jump?" I asked pulling myself together.

"What? I would never let you hurt yourself. Wait. Your were gonna kill yourself?" I started crying again as I fell into his arms. He hugged me close.  I could hear his whimpers too. He's crying too.

"Why didn't...Why didn't you tell anyone about it Y/N?" Adam asked through his sobs. I knew he was trying to stay strong but I could feel and hear his voice and his arms trembled.

After a while we had to face each other again. "I'm sorry. I've been like this for a while and I didn't know how to tell anyone. I didn't wanna tell anyone. I just saw you with her and I don't know what got over me.

"Look, ki- Y/N. She forced herself onto me. I think she wanted to get something from me. I guess she wanted me back. I would never hurt you."

After, I calmed down I looked up at Adam. "Adam, I love you. Thanks for being here. I don't know why but you always are. Why do you wanna protect me so much?"

"Because I love you too your dumbass. " Adam said still trying pull himself together. "I don't know what I would do with myself if you were gone. I need you Y/N." I looked up and smiled through my sniffles, "I need you too Adam."

I pulled Adam into a kiss he kissed back. He leaned back a little to let me pull myself on to him. Once we let go I looked up embarrassed. He looked pretty embarrassed at well.

"Hey, why don't we make that date  Friday huh? Same time."

"Sure. "

"This time however, wear something real fancy. I wanna take my little princess out on a really nice date this time."

I blushed and smiled. "As long as you cook than sure." Adam smiled as we both walked downstairs. Adam looked up over me and I followed where his eyes landed. There was a little cloud with a little rainbow on it.

"MY POWERS!" I yelled.
