Obsession (April Fool's)

James and Jaiden walked up to Adam's door. They were planning to go a collab with him and ginger some lunch. James knocked on the door and waited for Adam. There was no response.

"Adam, it's us! Jaiden and James! You there?" Jaiden said knocking on the door again. It was still silent. James noticed the door was open and the two walked inside.

Adam's house was dark and empty with no sound at all. It had a aerie atmosphere as the two walked further. Tiny droplets of some kind of liquid were on the floor along with tiny crumbs.

"J-James....do you think Adam's...ya know?" Jaiden asked.

"Most likely, but let's just make sure." James said as they crept around more.

The two looked in Adam's office which was a mess. His computer screen was shattered with bits of broken glass all over the place. More liquid was spilt all over the floor. Jaiden yelled and grabbed on to James. "Sorry...I just slipped on something soft."she explained, "Also it smells like rotten fruit in here.

Carefully, Jaiden and James excited the office and walked up to Adam's bedroom door. Jaiden hid behind James, afraid to see what's become of their friend. Suddenly, I voice was heard.

"It's ok, there's enough to go around. You know how much I care about all of you. Now let me nibble you to bits!" the voice said. James kicked down the door with all his might and bared himself for what he was about to see.

Adam was laying in bed with bagels, bananas, and chocolate milk. He had crumbs and milk all over his lips and his bed sheets were stained. He sat up with an embarrassed expression on his face. Adam knocked over all the food and spilt the milk over the floor. "It's not what it looks like."

"It's ok Jaiden, he's wearing clothes this time." James said as Jaiden came out from behind him. "Dude, this food obsession is going way too far. You're gonna end up on "My Strange Addictions" one day." James said looking around Adam's room again.

"You promises us you would stop...whatever this thing you have with food is! What happened?" Jaiden said.

"I caved. It's so hard! I don't know what makes me so happy to see them It's like my life is fulfilled, as if all the pieces of the puzzle are put together and it makes an amazing picture. Without them, I don't know what to do with myself. If I don't sweet talk food I feel like a broken Adam. It's been so hard after not having them for two months and you do not want to see what I did with the burrito."

"Wow, Adam." Jaiden said. "That's sad. You need more help than I thought. "

"Don't worry dude. We'll get through this together! One day you'll see food and just eat it." James said.

"Thanks guys!" Adam said.

"Now take a shower. You smell like a cereal box gone bad."

(Yeah, don't ask. I just tried to make a weird April Fool's Day story. I have one more in the works.)
