Mei's POV

I've always been a introverted and a well... very competitive girl. I'm always used to being good at things, like studying, writing, and anything educational. I'm very good at Physical Education and all that. After hanging out with Yuzu, i've realized some things.

"I really suck at video games!" I internally screamed

I was currently in a two player shooter game, at the arcade. With obviously Yuzu as the other player. The game is where we have to kill zombies, whoever kills the most, wins. Let me just tell you, i'm definitely not winning.

Yuzu is at 50 kills, while i have only 10. We were not even 5 mins into the game, and she is already beating me.

Well now we can check off "video games" on THING'S YUZU OKOGI EXCEEDS AT.

I'm not necessary mad at this at all, if anything i'm intrigued and amazed. But seriously, is their something she's not good at?

The arcade game ended and we decided to stop for the day. We decided to give our tickets to a little boy, who did not have enough tickets for what he wanted. We saw him crying, while his mother struggled to console him. I was the one who suggested, since we didn't really need anything from that ticket booth.

Yuzu and I, are now currently walking to the train station, to catch a train back home. I was pacing myself behind Yuzu, while we both walked slowly. Taking our time over to the train station.

Silence between us was really comfortable, which I never knew it can be comfortable at all. If anything it was kind of calming. But i broke the silence,

"H-hey Yuzu?" I asked timidly while squeezing my large teddy bear, still unsure if i should ask, what i'm about to ask.

"Hmm?" Yuzu responded,

"Can i ask a rather odd question?" I asked,

"Sure Mei, you can ask me anything." Yuzu responded,

I sighed with relief and proceeded to ask, "How long did you know how to play music?"

She took a moment to answer, but then responded, "Since as long as I can remember I think. Maybe when I was 3? My Dad was a musician, and I guess he wanted to teach me too..."

"Wow that's a long time. Is guitar the only instrument you know how to play?" I asked, intrigued with our conversation.

"Ah, no.. I know how to play the piano, and the drums. Also all of the string instruments. Mostly just the varieties of guitars. There's... the electric guitar, the bass guitar, and the acoustic. The acoustic guitar is the one that I have..... it was my dad's guitar." She responded,

It was really subtle, but for a split second, I saw so much excitement behind Yuzu's eyes.

"You sound like, you really enjoy music Yuzu." I said,

"O-oh, yeah I do actually. Over time I've learned how to sing and I guess it came naturally to me. Singing and playing my guitar.. reminds me of my Dad." She said, with a hint of sadness.

Feeling the more tense feeling in my stomach, I decided to change the subject. Not trying to get Yuzu sad.

I grabbed her hand and smiled, "It's okay Yuzu, don't push yourself."

I walked faster before she had a chance to say something. I was now holding her hand, and walking ahead of her. Walking faster to the train station now.

Yuzu's POV:

Mei and I, are now currently on the train back home. Mei was sleeping with her head on my shoulder. I insisted for her to sleep on my shoulder, since it can hurt her neck.
