Geralt picked Jamie up by her back, rolling the two over so she was seated on his lap. Grunted as he felt her thighs pressed against his bare skin.
Jamie threw her head back to get her hair out of her face, feeling the sweat dripping down her back. She placed her palms on his chest with an aired laugh, "When you asked for us to stop and rest, I didn't expect this to be apart of that."
He chuckled, sitting up as much as he could with her still connected to him. Geralt had one palm pressed against her lower back while the other brushed her hair away from her face, "I meant a rest for Roach."
"Oh, really?" Jamie giggles as she kissed him, threading her fingers through his hair feeling a wave of pleasure sliver through her. She breathed heavily, pressing her forehead into the crook of his neck.
Geralt listened to her breathing for a couple more seconds before pulling back from her, watching as she rolled onto her back and looked up at the roof of the random tavern they found. He leaned down onto his arm, watching silently, "What is on your mind that has you so quiet?"
"Can't I be quiet?"
"After sex?" Geralt teases with a smirk on his face.
Jamie rolled her eyes and rolled onto her side so she was facing him, "Very funny, Geralt." She blew air out of her mouth softly, she began to trail circles on Geralt's chest, watching as the muscles tensed under her touch, "It's just... today. We saw that army..."
"Jamie."
She sat up and pulled her legs under her so she could sit on them, "We both know those are Nilfgaard troops, it's obviously by their colors. And the only large kingdom that they could be attacking-"
"That's enough, Jamie."
"You need to stop pushing this away." Jamie sighs loudly, "They're going to attack Cintra-"
"This isn't a discussion-"
"Actually-" Jamie got right on top of him, she knew that he could most likely over power her just by his strength, but by how he tensed she wondered if he would or not, "This is a discussion we need to talk about."
"Jamie-"
She pressed a kiss down to his chest, trailing her fingers down to his lower torso, "No." Jamie scooted further down so she sat on his thighs, then she grabbed hold of him getting a grunt in the process, "I could tell. I could tell the very second that you saw that army that you were worried. That you want to know how that kid is doing-"
"Jamie, stop-"
"Did I finish talking?" She shut him off quickly with a jerk, causing him to gasp loudly, "Exactly. Now, if you don't want to claim the kid then what's the harm with at least checking in on them." Jamie grinned cheekily when Geralt shut his eyes with a groan, "If the kid is fine and safe, then we'll just be on our way."
